*after introductions
Rapunzel POV:
I was bringing back out my watercolours when suddenly, I see Luz and Gus walk up to me!
"Are those watercolours?" Luz says shyly.
"Yeah! Do want to try them?" I ask enthusiastically.
"Umm sure!" Luz says back. They seem so sweet! Quickly after that Gus says really loudly
"Do you have any cool human stuff!!??" Luz nudges him a little with an annoyed face but after that he quickly says
"I mean all things are human and uhh, things are cool heh" I thought that was kinda weird but I think they are just a little shy.
"Well, do you want to paint, Gus?" I asked him. His eyes lit up
"Sure, ok!" He says back.

*after introductions again
Cassandra POV:
After that intensely awkward introduction, I just brought out my sword to practice some of my moves with an apple to break that awkward stare of everyone but to my surprise, Willow and Amity walked up to me looking very surprised and impressed. I am not really the type of person who is really nice and sweet for meeting new people, unlike Rapunzel but I wanted to make a good first impression so what I managed to say was
"Hey, do you want me to teach you some tricks?" I said confidently. Suddenly their faces lit up, their eyes sparkling and in unison said
"Yes!!!!" Almost immediately after I asked them the question. Their faces also leaned in to me eager to learn so I stepped back a bit and laughed quietly. I decided to teach them a really cool move that is personally my favourite. It is where I throw an apple into the air and I cut it into a bee. It is actually really hard but when I showed them they were so determined to try to learn it.

*time skip to the end of last chapter
Hunter POV:
I decided to take the risk and take off my gloves because I don't know how I am supposed to get out of this situation. They most likely won't even notice my scars, hopefully. I took them off and unluckily, the first thing that Varian said was
"Oh my gosh! What is that on your hands! Are you okay? " He says really suddenly and worried. He realised how loud he said that and my reaction,  he quickly put his hand on his mouth in shock.
"It's okay! heh uhm... they're just scars." I said shyly.
"Oh, ok from what?" Varian said
I honestly started sweating when he said that. What have I gotten myself into?! What am I supposed to say to this now? Hugo and Varian's faces stared so hard at me and then, I spoke a half truth
"Back in Koto, I uh, was under command of an um- A really important person, an emperor or king you could say. I was the head guard for him kind of and he was my uncle. Throughout many missions, I met all of my friends. I met Luz, Amity the Willow and Gus in missions. Honestly, for Luz and Amity we were not close to friends at the start and they didn't like me at all. Since my past self was always messing up and longing to prove myself to the emperor, I didn't even know how to act kind to my friends or anyone. But, when I found Willow and Gus, they were a little different. Willow was always just so sweet and positive. She was like a breath of fresh air from all the negativity I was used to. I always liked her so much but could never show it." After I said that, I saw Varian and Hugo smirking at me and quickly realized I was blushing. Really hard. "Well anyways, I met Willow at a school and she was the captain of fly- I mean um horseback riding! Our road to friendship wasn't smooth I can say but at the end, me Gus and Willow became a team and I guess, we just became super close friends. Me and Luz also discovered that um... the emperor wasn't exactly the best person. After knowing that, I spent most of my time with Luz, Amity, Gus and Willow. They were so supportive and nice and it just seemed like the past was thrown behind me and I started over with my new friends." It felt so good let that all out to someone. "That happiness didn't last that long and the emperor found me. He took me back to that castle that I never wanted to step foot in again and threw me into um- jail. My friends tried to help me but it was no use. Long story short, I finally escaped and I guess that's where my scars were from."
I realized that I had tears in my eyes and they both looked super surprised. "I'm really sorry I didn't have to say all of that, it's just-
"It's ok Hunter, thank you for sharing." Hugo said.
Varian had a different reaction though.
"Well Hunter, I can relate to that." Varian took a deep breath. "I was also longing to prove myself to someone. My dad. When I was younger, when I was 14, I made so many mistakes. I worked on alchemy and all I wanted to do was help my kingdom but, my machines and inventions never went according to plan. But one time, I messed up to hard. Our kingdom was dealing with a problem and I really wanted to try and help but my dad really did not want me touching the problem. So, I was stupid and made an alchemical solution that I thought would get rid of the problem but the solution encased my father in amber." He started breaking down in tears. Hugo put a comforting hand on Varian's shoulder and he continued
"I tried to get him help for princess, I mean queen Rapunzel bug she refused and by then, it was too late for my father. I wanted my revenge for Rapunzel. I made horrible choices and I took their queen at the time, threatened Rapunzel and planned an all out attack in Old Corona. I was put into jail but I had so much anger for Rapunzel and her family so I still wanted my revenge on Corona. I helped some... really bad people take over Corona." Varian said shakily.
"In the end, Rapunzel helped me free my father and saved Corona. She would always do the right thing." Hugo gave Varian a comforting hug and Varian gave Hugo a little smile as he was wiping away his tears. He looked back at me in my shock.
"I'm so sorry to tell you all of this, Hunter it's just I-uh felt comfortable telling you and it's nice to have someone that... knows how it feels."
