As soon as the bell rang, students came running out of their classrooms and to the noticeboard. Everyone crowded around the noticeboard and murmurs filled the hallways. There were students with disappointed faces, some ran away crying, some happy and some unbothered. 

What's so important? You thought. Well...

"HAH I GOT HIGHER THAN YOU THIS TIME!" Kai exclaimed with a big smirk as he looked at Soobin who's hands were rolled into fists. Soobin adverted his gaze towards Kai, away from the noticeboard, a deadly glare right into Kai's soul. 

"Fucking bastard..." Soobin mumbled under his breath and pushed his way out of the crowd frustratedly. Kai chuckled and looked at the noticeboard. 

"Finally I won... sucker.." Kai said with an evil giggle. 

It is none other than their finals results. You see Soobin and Kai are enemies but academically. Yes they still ignore each other when they pass by each other but they are like two wild animals going feral at each other when academics joined in between them. 

This time Kai won as 'The Best Finals Result with 9 straight A's' while Soobin was in second place with 'The Second Best Finals Result with 8 straight A's'. Soobin was definitely not expecting it, he thought he could win Kai again, unfortunately Kai had won over him. Soobin felt frustrated as he scolded himself mentally for not studying enough. He should study more next time. 

That's his goal. To get better grade than Kai on the next exam. 

"Hey guys..." Soobin mumbled and sat at his table where his friends are at. 

"Oh hey hyung~" Beomgyu said with a smile as he stuffed food into his mouth. Yeonjun chuckled and took a tissue to wipe the corner of Beomgyu's mouth. 

"Eat properly baby." Yeonjun said as he ruffled the younger's hair and looked back at Soobin with a smile.

Soobin laughed and shook his head. 

"I feel single-" Soobin said and pouted slightly. Taehyun rolled his eyes. 

"It's okay I understand how you feel hyung." Taehyun said with a bored tone as Yeonjun laughed.

"Then find a boyfriend you two-" 

"No!" Soobin and Taehyun both said at the same time. Yeonjun chuckled.

"Then how about dating each other?" Yeonjun asked with a smirk and raised one eyebrow staring at the two.

Soobin and Taehyun made fake gagging noises.
