"Officer Kang! A criminal on xxx street, you're on this one. Take an officer with you."

Taehyun jolted up as he's called but quickly sprang into action, taking his police vest and taking the walkie talkie. 

"Officer Choi, you're with me." Taehyun said as Soobin quickly got up and got ready. 

"Chief! Do you have any idea what the criminal is wearing?" Taehyun asked. 

"Black hoodie and grey sweatpants." He replied.

"Hey! Hands up!" Taehyun shouted, pointing his gun at the criminal in front of him. Officer Choi was right beside him, pointing the gun at the criminal too. 

The criminal's back was facing them and their hand slowly raised up. 

"Don't move!" Taehyun shouted once again. 

"Officer Choi, check him." 

The criminal chuckled. "So fast to assume my gender?"

The two officers were confused but shrugged it off. "Silence." Taehyun said sternly as Soobin slowly made his way to the criminal and searched him up and down for weapons before quickly pulling the criminal's hands down and handcuffed them.

Taehyun slowly puts his gun down and kept it, stepping forward to turn the criminal around. He had to admit something, he thought that the criminal's voice was familiar but he didn't think much about it. Now that he could see his face, he was shocked.

The criminal glared at Taehyun with hatred in his eyes. "We met again. Kang Taehyun."

Taehyun felt shivers down his spine hearing his full name being said while Soobin was really confused.

"Do you guys know each other?" Soobin asked carefully. 

"He-" 

"No we don't. We were just classmates." The criminal said through his gritted teeth while still glaring at Taehyun. 

"Beomgyu.." Taehyun mumbled.

"Whatever, we'll talk about this later let's get back to the station." They then took the criminal to the car and drove back to the station. Once in, they pushed Beomgyu into a prison and locked him up. 

Beomgyu gave Taehyun one last glare before going to a corner and sat down, leaning against the wall. While Taehyun was feeling many emotions, mainly guilt. He looks at the criminal and sighs a little. 

"Hey Beo-"

"Fuck off officer, you don't want me ripping out your tongue aye?" Beomgyu said nonchalantly, not looking at the officer. 

Taehyun frowned at what he said and felt a bit ticked off since he's a police officer getting threatened by a criminal. 

"You don't threaten a police officer like that." Taehyun snapped. 

"Whatever." Beomgyu rolled his eyes.
