Sam grabs Jared's face during the ceremony. "I hereby name you, Jared Eugene Cameron, the alpha of the Quiluete Pack and you, Paul Anthony Lahote, his beta."

Paul bows his head as Jared and Sam embrace. Emily is holding Ruben while and standing beside Janie in the Uley backyard. Leah is standing close by but she's not as clingy as Jacob is. She knows how bad Jacob was and she knows how annoying it was when Noel was a baby.

"Jared, it's time you chose your third in command now," Harry says. He looks so beyond proud.

"I want Leah to be my third in command," Jared says and Leah's eyes snap toward him.

Harry smiles even more proud. "Come on up here, sweetheart," he says to his daughter.

Leah walks up and she hugs Jared. "Thank you."

"You deserve it," Jared replies.

Harry kisses her forehead. "I am so proud of you, Leah Clarice."

Leah smiles at her dad and she looks at Emily, Janie, and Rubin. And their lives go on happily ever after, after this day.
