One Week Later

The door to the hut opened to reveal Sesshomaru and Niko together. Rin opened her eyes as she gasped and got up to ran straight to Niko, who embraced Rin in a hug as she started crying.

"MOMMY IM SO SORRY!" She cries as she confronts her by picking her up as she smiles.

"There, there now child everything will be alright after all I'm a half demon again," she smiles causing Rin to wipe her eyes.

"How is that mommy? You were Human when Naraku Kidnapped you,"

"My lands are gone by Naraku sweetie, for rejecting him in return he slaughtered the Eastern lands knowing the people would be weak, anger and rage filled my powers to come back,"

"I'm glad to see you back to normal mommy, also I noticed you've gotten bigger is the baby a boy or a girl? Still unsure?"

"Hmmm...... Well Rin looks like you'll have a little sister!" Niko announced while tickling Rin causing her to laugh.

"D-D-Daddy! Make mommy stop!" She laughs while tears gain her eyes.

"LORD SESSHOMARU! LADY NIKO! YOUR BACK WITH YOUR HALF DEMON POWERS!" Jaken yelled as he pointed his finger at her.

"No need to point Jaken, where is the old woman so I can thank her?"

"I'll get her right away!" Jaken said scampering away.

"Rin," Sesshomaru called as Niko put her down.

Sesshomaru coughed as a way to let Niko know he needed some alone time with her. Niko nodded in understanding as she left his side, once she left, he kneeled down and placed a hand on top of Rin's head.

"I'm sorry Lord Sesshomaru," she begins as she looked down to the ground.

"Rin, understand that Naraku is after mommy and my child, I understand you want to spend time with her but I need to be by her side at all times, she lost her entire land because Naraku couldn't handle rejection, we all have to be together at all times no more going on on your own until Naraku is defeated is that understandable?"

"Yes, Lord Sesshomaru, I'm sorry Lord Sesshomaru,"

He couldn't help but groan in annoyance.

"Why have you started calling me Lord Sesshomaru? Both mommy and I took you in as our own therefore I should be known as Dad according to Niko,"

This caused Rin to giggle, but before she could answer Jaken came in with Lady Kaede and Niko as well. She was smiling at Sesshomaru as she held on to her stomach.

"Ye needed me Sesshomaru?"

"Yes, I wanted to thank you for watching our child," he says as Niko had grabbed onto his hand.

"I need to talk to ye both while we're in the subject, Rin seems to really enjoy it here, why not let her stay? Live a life with humans?"

"No," Rin, Niko, and Sesshomaru said all together.

"Daddy and mommy have been taking care of me just fine! I don't want to live in a village with humans I want Lord Sesshomaru and Lady Niko and Master Jaken to take care of me, as they've always had!"

This caused Kaede to sigh as she looked to the demon and half demon dogs.

"Will you consider it? She needs to live a normal life and be away from danger,"

"Rin is my daughter, we protect her from danger just fine! I won't let you take her away!" Niko shouted as her claws came out a she tried lashing at Kaede but she jumped back as her eyes widened.

Sesshomaru placed a hand on Niko as she looked up at him and retracted her claws.

"I apologize Ms. Kaede, Rin is our daughter and we won't leave her behind, we take care of her and protect her, she's coming with us,"

"I see, and that is your final word on this matter? What about you Sesshomaru?" She asked turning to face him.

"While Rin would be safe here I can't help but agree with Niko, not because she's my mate or she's my soon to be wife, but because Rin is our daughter we love and cherish her just like we do to our current little girl," he said placing a hand on Niko's stomach.

"We care for Rin just fine, and besides it's up to Rin it's her decision if she wants to stay or if she wants to come,"

"I will come! I want to be with you two forever and ever!"

"And on that note we will take our leave, thank you again Lady Kaede, Rin, Jaken, let's go," Sesshomaru says wrapping an arm around Niko as his group followed them out of the hut.
