39. Finale part one

"OW! Sango!" Niko yelled as Sango had tugged on her hair too hard. 

She giggled. 

"Sorry Niko but its gotta get done, your wedding starts soon!"

"Kagome do you have to put so much eyeliner on?" She asked as Kagome placed her hands on her hips. 

"Want to look nice right? its Necessary," she sighed as Rin was looking on. 

"Wow mommy you look so pretty! Dont complain Daddy will love you even more!" Rin exclaimed happy as Niko chuckled. 

"Maybe your right darling,'

"So it would seem you and Sesshomaru adopted Rin together thats so cute,"

"Kagome's right Niko, there was a time where he couldn't stand half demons or even humans let alone a child,"

"Well I think Rin here taught him compassion, I just happen to taught him love," she giggles.

The sound of screaming could be heard downstairs just as the girls finished there touches, Niko could hear sword against sword clashing as she growled and stood up.

"Wait don't ruin your hair or makeup!" The girls screamed out to her.

"Just please take care of Rin and get her ready I will handle this," she said in a dark voice making them step down.

Back Downstairs both Sesshomaru and Inuyasha were fighting each other.

'YOU THINK YOUR BETTER SUITOR THAN ME?!" Sesshomaru yelled upset.

"We're both half demons! And we have more of a connection why else would I be here?" He says swinging his sword causing Sesshomaru to dodge the attack.

"Guys cut it out! It's Sesshomaru's wedding day!" Miroku tried calming them down but they ignored him as they kept swinging.

"Sesshomaru!" A loud voice boomed from upstairs as they stopped clashing together.

Sesshomaru's eyes widened as he saw his soon to be bride heading down the stairs. Her hair was pulled up into a bun with her bangs covering her eyes, she had on art on her face that made her look beautiful than she already was, however her aroma was dark and Sesshomaru could feel it.

"What in the world is going on huh?!" She yelled as he flinched when her eyes were piercing red.

"Niko I-"

"This is our wedding day! How can I finish getting dressed if you two keep fighting?! Whatever it is make up for it!" She yelled as Inuyasha and Sesshomaru backed away from each other.

"I'm not going to apologize for something he started,"

"APOLOGIZE!" She shouted to Sesshomaru growling and hissing at him.

Sesshomaru looked to his brother who was smirking and crossing his arms.

"Well, I'm waiting Sesshomaru,"

"I- I-"

"Can't hear you!"

"IM SORRY DAMNIT! OKAY! Never speak of this moment to anyone or I will kill you all!" He growls before turning to walk away.

"S-Sesshomaru just apologized!" Miroku shouted shocked.

"What he's never done it before?" Koga asked confused.

"NEVER!" Miroku yelled still having a hard time believing he said sorry.

Niko returned to normal as she turned and headed towards the stairs.

"Niko! Wait!" Inuyasha yelled running to her.

"What is it Inuyasha?"

"First you look beautiful, second your pregnant with my niece I would like to.... Help you up the stairs," he said blushing.

"I'm heavy Inuyasha I don't want you to- Ahhh!" She screamed as he scooped her up and carried her bridal style. "I-Inuyasha!" She exclaimed shocked as he was carrying her up the stairs.

"Few, my niece sure will be big and strong! I can't wait to see what she looks like! She's going to be a mix since she has a half demon mom and a full demon for a dad, might become the most powerful baby in the world!" Inuyasha said with a smile just as he reached the last step.

Niko giggled as she was gonna put her feet down but Inuyasha held onto her tighter.

"Niko, can I hold onto you a little while longer?"

"Ummm..... Sure Inuyasha,"

"I wonder, Niko, If you had stayed with me could we have possibly..... You know had a relationship?"

"Inuyasha, we..... Couldn't I've been bound to Sesshomaru since birth, it wouldn't be right,"

"I completely understand but if you weren't bound to him is what I'm really asking I guess,"

"If I wasn't bound to him..... I'm not sure Inuyasha your more like a brother to me than a lover you know,"

"I see.... Well here is your stop," he said as she planted her feet down fo the ground.

"Thanks Inuyasha, she's going to love you ya know?" She giggled referring to her daughter as she kissed his cheek before going inside.

Inuyasha stood out there feeling hurt and rejected. He was hoping she would at least say yes but.... As a brother that cut him deep.

"Now you understand Inuyasha, even if we weren't bound together faith would have put us together anyways, let that lesson be learned," Sesshomaru said before turning to walk away.
