Sesshomaru and Niko decided to start walking with one another to take a break from flying.

"Where did you say you left Rin again?"

"Under Kaede's care," he repeated as she smiled.

"Oh! I haven't seen Lady Kaede since I met Inuyasha! She's gonna be so happy knowing I'm pregnant with your child," she giggled as Sesshomaru couldn't help but smile.

However the smile quickly turned into a frown as Sesshomaru sensed that wolf demon as a tornado came hurdling towards them out came Koga of the wolf demon tribe as he smiled at her.

"Hey Niko, so you got your demon powers back, your cuter as a half demon," he said causing her to blush.

"Ummm-"

"State your business wolf boy," Sesshomaru growls placing a hand on his hilt.

This caused Koga to smile.

"Ah, protective of her I see, you remind me alot of how Inuyasha is with Kagome, are all you dog demons the same?"

"Uh oh, shouldn't have said that," she warns as she sees Sesshomaru eyes glow red.

"Don't compare me to that half breed of a mutt! I am a full powerful demon!" He shouted as Niko has her ears down with a frown.

He still thinks Inuyasha as a half breed..... She wonders if he thinks her as one as well? Niko hadn't noticed Koga in front of her as he grasped her hands in his and looked into her golden orbs.

"Does what he say calling Inuyasha a half breed bothers you? I don't like to see you sad Niko it's heartbreaking,"

"POISON CLAW!" Sesshomaru shouts causing Koga to back away as he landed a distance away.

Sesshomaru was in front of Niko protectively as he drew out his sword.

"Step away from my mate and never put your filthy hands on her again wolf boy," he growls as Niko sighed.

Koga began to smile at Sesshomaru as his whirlwind came back and in a blink of an eye he grabbed Niko and began to run away from Sesshomaru.

"HEY WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!" She shouted trying to get out of his tough grip.

"Saving you from him! Your clearly not happy with him! I'm taking you back to my den where we will wed!"

"I AM HAPPY WITH SESSHOMARU! I DONT WANT ANYBODY ELSE! LET GO OF ME!" She shouted trying to push him away but he wouldn't budge.

Just then the two screamed as a green whip narrowly missed them. Koga dodged out of the way in time before it can penetrate them.

Sesshomaru was fast on his legs as he was quick to catch up. He had an angry look on his face as he barred out his fangs.

"If it's death that you want I suggest you put her down," he threatened as the green whip was swinging back in forth.

"Do you love him?" Koga asked looking down at Niko.

"With every fiber of my being, I'll even die for him! Please release me, I want to remain at Sesshomaru's side for as long as I'll live!"

This caused Koga to sigh as he gently put her down careful not to hurt her baby growing inside. Once released, she ran straight over to Sesshomaru as she ran into his chest and buried her head while wrapping her arms around his waist.

"I can't make you mine if your in love with him, geeze if I wasn't so late in obtaining you we could've gotten married today, be seeing you Niko," Koga said with a smile before running off.

Sesshomaru retracted his whip as he had immediately wrapped his arms around Niko's.

"That stupid wolf boy, your parents are giving me trouble,"

"I'm sorry, I wish I had known that they provided me more than one suitor, I was only told about you,"

"Would you have presumed other suitors If that were the case?"

She shook her head while smiling looking at Sesshomaru directly in the eyes.

"Your the only one I ever want ever since you visited me that one day when I was 4, you were so beautiful I was captivated by it, as I grew older I thought more about you and you never left my head. I had my heart set out for you the moment I met you,"

"Niko," he breathed placing his forehead on hers as his lips were dangerously close to hers.

"I love you, im sorry I didn't visit you over the years,"

"I love you too, it's okay Sesshomaru your here now it's all that matters,"

"Please don't ever leave me,"

"I wouldn't dream of it," she responds before placing a kiss to his lips.
