It's Tuesday morning, and Rosalie is on her way to pick up Dani. The brunette finally knows about the Cullens, which makes the relationship easier on their end. There's so many different emotions that Rosalie is feeling right now.
Happy.
Nervous.
Calm.
Maybe something more..
A form of pressure has been lifted off her chest when Dani figured out her secret. Rosalie doesn't feel like she has to hide much anymore.
When Rosalie pulls up in Dani's driveway, she parks her car to step out and lean over the hood. The blonde texted Dani that she's be at her house by 7am sharp. Soon enough, Dani walks out of her house in a comfy yet jaw-dropping outfit. Shes wearing black sweat pants that are only a little baggy with a white, long-sleeve, sweater-like crop top. Dani has her hair straightened with a baseball cap on backwards.
Rosalie's eyes stay trained on Dani, watching her closely. Dani giggles while walking up to Rosalie to shut her mouth.
"You'll catch a fly, cutie."
Rosalie growls lowly, trying to show off her dominance. Dani simply shrugs before getting in the passenger side of the Mercedes.

When the girls drive at school, Rosalie parks her car. Dani moves to get out but is stopped by Rosalie's hand on her thigh. Dani freezes and slowly looks over at the blonde.
"Don't play games with me today, or you'll regret it, Love. I'll walk you to every class, understand?"
Rosalie hears the brunette's breathe hitch at the pet name. She smirks at her mate.
"Y-Yes, Little rose."
Both girls exit the vehicle and walk towards the school's entrance. Rosalie wraps an arm around Dani's shoulder. Every students' eyes land on the pair.
The Ice Queen and the Sweet Babe.
Rosalie senses Dani's uncomfortableness with all of the attention on them, so she moves her arm around Dani's waist for comfort. The blonde can feel Dani's muscles relax, which pleases Rosalie.
"They better know she's mine," Rosalie thinks to herself.
She releases an involuntary growl but not loud enough for others to hear. Dani looks at Rosalie quickly and pulls her in for a hug. Rosalie's unbeating heart swells at the affection from her mate. She hugs Dani back a little tighter but not enough to break her.
"Calm down, Little rose. I'm only for you," Dani says softly in her ear.
Rosalie purrs and kisses Dani's cheek. Students around them who were watching all gasp and gossip to their friends.
One hell of a day is ahead for the pair.

The bell rings for the end of 4th period: time for lunch. Rosalie swiftly leaves her class to go wait for Dani by her locker. The blonde spots her mate already at her locker, so she decides to scare Dani a bit. With stealthy steps, Rosalie walks up behind Dani, which she's occupied by putting away her belongings. Rosalie wraps her arms around Dani's waist and whispers in her ear.
"Hmm. Hello, Love."
Dani gasps and quickly turns around to face Rosalie. She huffs out and pouts at the blonde. Rosalie's face softens as she quickly pulls Dani into a crushing hug but not actually breaking bones.
"I'm so sorry, my love. I just wanted to be funny and scare you a little," Rosalie says frantically.
Dani giggles and gently scratches Rosalie's baby hairs in the back of her neck. The blonde purrs to the affection and smiles into Dani's neck.
"You big baby," Dani rolls her eyes playfully.
"C'mon. It's time you eat lunch," Rosalie says while pulling Dani with her.
The pair enters the cafeteria and makes their way to the lunch line. Dani settles on a salad and lemonade. Rosalie's nose flares at the food. Dani looks at the blonde's reaction and giggles. They decide to sit at the Cullen's table for the day.
"Hey, Em," Dani says cheerfully.
"Hey, bestie," Emmett says while grinning wide.
Rosalie sits beside Jasper, and Dani sits in between Alice and Rosalie. Dani starts a conversation with Emmett about playing video games together over the weekend. Rosalie notices that Dani hasn't taken a single bite of her food.
"Love?"
"Hm?" Dani hums as she puts her focus on the blonde.
"Are you gonna eat?"
"I'm not that hungry right now, Little rose. I'll try later," Dani says sweetly.
Rosalie watches as Jasper feels Dani's emotions. Edward looks at Jasper, more than likely reading his mind.
"She feels uneasy and anxious," Edward says lowly that only the other vampires could hear.
Rosalie frowns at the answer she received. She stands up and holds out a hand for Dani. Dani is confused but takes the blonde's hand anyway. Both girls walk outside the cafeteria with eyes from all the students.
Rosalie takes Dani to the woods for more privacy. She stops, leans on a tree, and pulls Dani flush against her while maintaining eye contact.
"Talk to me, Love."
Dani sighs and rests her head on the vampire's shoulder.
"My dad makes me upset, hurt, and scared everyday. It affects me badly that sometimes I just don't eat. Some days, I even just stay in bed without moving," Dani speaks softly.
Rosalie huffs and growls.
"Her stupid dad agitates me. What kind of fucking father is he?"
Rosalie shivers from a wet feeling on her neck. Dani slowly starts leaving open mouth kisses on Rosalie's neck to calm her. Rosalie groans when her "little friend" starts rising. She quickly switches her's and Dani's positions, pinning Dani firmly against the tree.
"P-Please, Love. Stop," Rosalie whispers, gazing at Dani with black eyes.
"Hmm, why should I, Little rose?" Dani asks teasingly.
Rosalie looks away from embarrassment and sighs.
"It's too much right now. Please at least let me take you on a date first?" Rosalie says almost smoothly.
Dani's little gasp doesn't go unheard. She blushes a deep red and smiles.
"Aww, I'd love to. Only with you."
Rosalie smiles and quickly hugs Dani tightly, refusing to let her go.
"You make me the happiest monster alive. Well..actually dead," Rosalie chuckles.
Dani rolls her eyes at the joke and hugs Rosalie back just as tight.
"Tonight at 6 sharp. I'll be at your house to pick you up. Wear something casual but cute."
"Casual but cute. Easy enough," Dani says.
Rosalie picks up Dani, wrapping her legs around Rosalie's waist, and runs back to the school. After the short run, Rosalie sets Dani back down, kisses her cheek and walks off to her class not looking back.
"Yes, I finally asked her the question. Now, I better ask Alice for advice," Rosalie panics.
