Chapter 98

Jeonghan's POV

Unfortunately, It is Joshua's last day in school today. Although, it was meant to be on Tuesday, which was the day he was leaving, we both made a plan to skip school on Tuesday and just spend the whole day together, then we would walk to his home and say our goodbyes, Joshua said that he needed to give me something once we had gone back to his house, but he didn't tell me what it was

So today I decided to wake up at around four or five to make Joshua a quick small letter, it was his last one and he did say that he enjoyed them and would miss them when he goes to America. Once i was done with the letter it was around 5:55 so I decided to check if Joshua was awake by now. He wakes up early on school days so I didn't have to worry about ruining his beauty sleep

Hannie:

good morning shuji

Joshuji:

Good morning han

your up early

Hannie:

oh yeah 

I just happen to wake up early so i decided to get some homework done

Then I remembered that you always wake up early so i decided to text you

Joshuji:

wait are you sure this is Jeonghan

You actually did you homework early and not in class like you always do

Hannie:

oh shushhh 

Anyways what you doing rn?

Joshuji:

oh I was just making myself some toast

I'm gonna go out for a morning walk coz I'm bored

Hannie:

oh well ok then

Imma go and get something to eat

Joshuji:

Bye hannie

I'll see you in a bit

As soon as i read Joshua's message i quickly got ready for school, made myself a quick breakfast, and ran outside to see Joshua. He was just casually walking, he had some headphone in and he looked so peaceful just walking with his hands in his pockets while softly singing along with the music. I didn't want to interrupt him because he looked so calm but i did anyways. I watched as Joshua walked past my house, he was wearing his school uniform with his backpack slung over his shoulders, just like me. None of us were wearing the school blazer as it is very uncomfortable, I had a soft jacket on while Joshua had his normal black leather one. Once he was past my neighbors house i slowly started to creep behind him, before pouncing onto his shoulders, hugging him tightly, making him instantly tense up, until he heard me laughing

"Jeonghan? You idiot you scared me so bad. What if I hit you?" he asked as he looked at me confused and shocked

"hey shua, sorry for scaring you. I decided to join you on your morning walk so that you wouldn't be lonely" I said as I held his warm hands with my cold fingers

"I wasn't lonl- uh you know what its fine i was kinda lonely" Joshua said as he tightened his hold on my hand warming it up

We continued to quietly walk around for a while, the weather wasn't that cold and holding Joshuas hand kept me warm. After a while of walking we walked back to his place to get his motorbike. We had to sneak in and get it once we had got it out of the garden we heard Joshuas parents car drive into the driveway, making us quickly drive off

"oh shit man, what if they saw us?" Joshua shrieked as he continued driving but slower than before

"i doubt they did, you drove off before the could even recognize us" I said trying to reassure him

"well i hope your right" Joshua said as he parked his motorbike in the school parking area. We both hopped off the bike and started heading to the cafeteria to see the other guys. Walking into school, We both swung our arms as our hands intertwined with each other. As we were walking i suddenly remembered about the letter

"shua i have to go to the bathroom?" i said as he turned to me

"oh ok, I'll wait for you" he said as we continued walking 

"its fine shua, I'll be quick" 

"you sure?" he said as he stopped walking

"yes don't worry, go and get some food" he nodded quickly pecking my cheek before walking away

As soon as Joshua was out of sight i quickly ran to class and left the letter along with a Twix chocolate bar, as the one i forgot to buy the one that i usually buy. Luckily, when i woke up i had time to make Joshua some lunch, I placed the box on the table with all the other things before heading off to the cafeteria.
