Chapter 16

Jeonghans pov

I was running to joshuas class that we shared together to put my letter on his desk when I bumped into someone and we both went flying onto the floor along along with a few books the person had dropped and the letter that I had in my had went flying away too. I wanted to run and grab the letter before it had fallen into the wrong hands but the person was a lot more important.
"Hey sorry for bumping into you it wasn't your fault it was mine actually for running in the halls and not looking where I was heading" I apologised looking at he stranger they looked very handsome. They had likely chocolate brown eyes like mine but darker, their hair was a lovely shade of brown.
"Nah it's fine don't worry" the man said in a deep but calming voice. He was a very tall person now that he stood up.
"My names jeonghan yoon jeonghan by the way and may I ask why you have so many books with you" I said handing him his books there were more than ten books there.
"Kim mingyu oh these are for my boyfriend he is busy because he has an exam coming and asked me to bring these books for him" he answered grabbing the books from me
"Oh and you dropped this" he said passing me my letter that I had almost forgotten about
"Wow what a nice boyfriend. Oh yeah thanks I gotta go now bye mingyu" I said waving at him he just waved and walked away.

I finally made it to class and luckily joshua wasn't there so I walked to his desk to place the letter there but to my surprise there was a letter there and it was addressed to me I smiled happily grabbed the letter and left mine there. I decided to read the letter now because why not

Heyyyy I'm great. My life is so boring nothing interesting ever happens here. And I'm glad that you are ok now make sure to drink lots of water and not to skip your meals you won't get sick that way then. It's cool that your parents are doctors that so amazing but I'm sorry that you never get to spend that much time with them because of their work. Ummm for me my parents work in a club I never get to spend time with them. Sometimes they come home drunk though and let's just say they can be kinda abusive. To be honest I don't know why I'm telling you this I just feel like I should. Anyways hope you know you are loved haha

Wait joshuas parents are hitting him again I thought they said that they would stop oh no poor Joshua. I want to help him but what am I supposed to do. I aint no superhero and if I tell anyone they won't believe me without proof and Joshua doesn't even know who I am and I'm sure that he wouldn't want his parents to go to jail.
