Third Person Pov

"I say you should call angela" Doug says making kevin glare at him. "What? I think the kid has the right to meet his mom and communication is a two-way street she may have seen the post and stuff online but she's waiting for you to give her the green light" Doug says and kevin groans in annoyance.

"Enough with this communication thing she ain't need the greenlight to keep asking me for money" Kevin says. "Sometimes kay kay you gotta be the bigger person which isn't always easy but it needs to be done" Doug says. "I go with my gut and my gut tells me that this is a bad idea" kevin says.

"Oh really? The same gut that told you that the chances of you seeing your son again was very unlikely yet here we are today" Doug says with a shrug. "That was different and i'm a father now so-" Kevin starts before doug cuts him off. "So you have to make the best decision i know" Doug says proudly.

"I honestly didn't think i would see the day i'm so proud of you. It feels like it didn't take long for you to go into complete dad mode" Doug says and kevin playfully rolls his eyes. "Shut up doug but seriously i'm not calling angela it's a bad idea and ion want her around my son" Kevin says seriously.

"Technically you were supposed to say our since that was her son as well" Doug says earning a death glare from kevin. "David really is your mini you huh? Ya'll got that same glare" Doug says with a laugh. "He's not 'our' son she never cared about him she was all about herself and still is" kevin says.

"Ok! ok! He's your son dang so protective" Doug says. "As i should be" Kevin says before grabbing his phone and scrolling through his contacts coming across angela's. 'Am i really doing the right thing? The kid does deserve the chance to get to know his mom' Kevin thinks to himself.

Kevin now felt confused and thought about what david and doug had said about the whole communication thing. Then he thought about what he always tells david about how they'll get through everything as a family so he knows no matter what decision he made they would get through it together.

Then he thought about what david asked him the night they finally talked about what they were going to do moving forward after finding out they were father and son. 'Would you go back and change things?' David's question repeated in his mind and now he knows what he would have done different and that was cut off all contact with angela.

What do you guys think? Should he give angela a chance to get to know david?

Hope ya'll enjoyed
