I gave Lillian a ride to school on Monday, but not Jade. She had sent a quick text saying she found another ride. The brunette never said who was taking her, but I knew it was Niall. I also knew that there was a possibility that Jade and I's relationship would end soon. I was sad to see that would happen. I liked Jade very much, her bubbly personality always lifted the emotion in the room. Jade was easily a likable person, the was no question on why Niall had fallen for her.

Jade was the only one who knew what it felt like to be ditched by every single one of your friends. We had a special bond, I never wanted to break it.

Lillian trailed in my shadow as I walked up to Jade and Niall, who may or may not have been flirting. The two turn to me, waiting for me to greet them of the sorts.

"Hi, you choose Jade, but don't drag me down." I smile, coughing a couple times before turning and walking into mine and Lillian's homeroom across the hall. The comment was directed for Jade, I wanted her to choose if we stay together or break. I didn't want he dragging me around though while she was flirt with Niall, she had to choose.

"What the hell Harry?" Lillian mumbles in my ear as we step into homeroom.

"Hey, I want her to know I'm okay with her being with Niall." I explain calmly, taking my seat, tossing my book bag to my feet.

"You're so random."she pushes my shoulder, giggling slightly as she takes the seat next to mine. Her blonde hair swinging around her.

"Yeah, but you love it." I state, leaning back in the stiff school chair.

"Maybe." She blushes, looking ahead and holding her breath from laughing.

"You do, admit it."

"I said maybe." She shakes her head, a smile still present on her face.

"And I say yes."

"Fine." She huffs, crossing her arms.

"I knew it." I say confidently, folding my as behind my head.

For the first time in forever, the classes breezed by, perhaps hell was done. Everything was calming and the tension had eased. Ever since moving here, a new problem erupted weekly, each day was an emotional roller coaster for every single person. For once the seas were calm, and the feeling was bubbling in my stomach. Though things weren't perfect, Jade and Niall, Liam and Leigh had not come back, but for now it was okay.

And okay was just what two wacky, screwed up kids in a small town needed. Okay was perfect to hear. The heavy breaths, the harsh words, the pushing around was done. Okay was just the thing the two kids wanted to hear.

{apologies for my lack of writing. And I'm gonna leave for three weeks again for camp but I swear I'll write in my free time. Thank you for the massive reads, lots if love.}
