As I sat patiently at lunch with Jade, my eyes wandered around the cafeteria. My hands pick at the turkey sandwich that was my lunch. And my mind ponder on the thoughts of Lillian. Finally I spit her in the door way, her finger beckoning me.

"You okay, Harry?" The brunette girl asks in sweet concern, her one hand scribbling down notes, the other feeding her mouth.

"Yeah, I just have to use the restroom. I'll be back soon." I answer hesitantly, my eyes not breaking their lock on the blonde across the room. I stand up and walk towards her. She drags me to the end of the corridor for a more private talk.

"I can't believe you. You promised." She fringed, her eye that were once covered in think makeup were now naked, like when I had first met her. Those simple hazel eyes that held complicated secrets. What pretty hazel eyes.

"I didn't. I didn't tell them about your house, or parents, or what kind hospital he was in. You let it fall apart." I smirk, still mesmerized by her eyes.

"Look Harry, I have my reasons for not visiting Tate." Lillian grumbles.

"Would you like to tell me those reasons?"

"No."

"Why?"

"Because I'll get hurt if I do." The small girl confesses, her face lands in her hands.

"Hurt? Who is going to hurt you? I'll protect you. We are still friends." I ramble on. Although I was mad at her, I couldn't let anyone hurt her in any way.

"We are?" She questions, looking up with a slim chance of hope.

"Of coarse!" I burst out like it's obvious.

"Thank you Harry. I'm a horrible person. I was messing with your feelings and didn't even know. I wish I had listened to you." She mumbles as her torso is wrapped in my hug. My arms snake around her in a need of comfort.

"It's okay." I sigh," why don't you come sit with Jade and I until the end of lunch. There's enough seats and Jade really wants another friend around. Then this afternoon I'll take you home and maybe you can reveal who is hurting you. Okay?" I suggest, the blonde still nuzzled into my navy blue sweater.

"That sounds perfect." She looks up smiling.

"Okay, let's go in." I take her hand in mine, like we used to do. We enter the cafeteria, I feel like everyone is starring, but none if the heads actually turn to look. I slide into my seat and pat down one for Lillian to sit on. Jade is frozen? Her mouth gaped open.

"Jade, Lillian would like to sit with us today." I announce. Lillian hides her face in her hands. I can feel the awkward tension building between the two girls.

"Why?" Is Jade's answer.

"Because..." I start, but can't finish without spilling on of the poor girls secrets.

"Because I've wanted to sit here all year, but Edward would let me. He threatened that I was leaving him." Lillian bursts out, but immediately hiding again. Her cry's muffled in her sweater.

"It was Edward?" I question, the blonde nods her head quickly. Jade simply gets up from her chair and plops down next to the sniffling girl, her hand rubbing her back.

"I knew you weren't to stay with that boy for that long. I can tell him you guys are through." Jade soothing coos.

"I'd love that, but he'll hurt me, you, and Harry!" She confesses.

"Then we definitely need to end the relationship. You can stay at my house tonight it you want." Offers Jade. I smile and wrap my arm around the two girls I love most.

"And I'll protect you, in homeroom, lunch, going home, whenever. I may not be strong, but I will protect you." I tell her.

"You goes are the best." She says while wiping her tears on the sleeves of her sweater. "I don't deserve your comfort."

"Friends do that, now Harry hand me your yogurt, will you." Jade demanded.

"Why?" I ask, it was quiet out of the ordinary.

"The jerk is sitting right over there, I want to do this now." Her voice a little more harsh.

"No, we don't need to get in trouble. I'll go over and tell him."

"I'm going to." Jade jumps up to follow. My feet take me to his table.

"What do you want Marcel?" He greets me in a rude tone, making his friends laugh at the name.

"I'm here to tell you that you need to update your status because your single."

"What?" He spits, getting eye level with me.

"Lillian's done with your shit. You don't treat a lady like that Edward!" Jade shouts back. Edward takes an angry step towards the much smaller girl. I quickly grab her by the waist and secure her safely behind my back.

"Have a nice day." I laugh before going back to Lillian. The lunch bell rang And we are lucky to get away for now. It's just after school I'm worried about!

{ wow that sucked, I'm sorry. So if you have read lost kids, which you should because it's way better than this crap... Then you know I went to WWA and saw the boys in the car. First niall and mark, then liam, then like two cars pulled but didn't see anyone. I saw liam very clearly. Then a white van pulled up with the band. A car went through the main entrance and it was zayn and Perrie but only one person saw them sadly. And Harry turned up at like two am. Louis was in one of the other cars. But yeah.... Two feet away. Two weeks ago.

Thank you for 15,000 reads that like a lot!!!! If i get to 2o,000 I think I have a surprise!

Lots of love xoxo Sadie Rose.}
