Thing dropped out of the vent, sticking a piece of Wednesday's bubblegum on the camera to block it out.

Dr Kinbott tells me I should get out more. Says I need to open my mind to new people and experiences. Who am I to argue with her professional clichés?

Thing scurried across the floor, climbing up the wall, there was three buttons, one saying open, another saying stop and the last saying close.
Thing pressed the button saying open, the roller shutter door rolled up, enough for Y/N and Wednesday to scramble underneath.

"While I do the autopsy, you two find the files of the monster's other victims and make copies." Wednesday looked at Thing before heading over to the body freezers.

Thing tapped out a complaint looking at Y/N.

"Don't pout. Your scalpel skills are questionable. Do you remember my 13th birthday, when Uncle Fester gave me that cadaver? You sliced right through that man's carotid." Wednesday pulled out her equipment as Thing listened.

"No. No. Magnificent hematoma." Wednesday looked through the freezers.

Y/N opened the photo copy room, letting Thing in and she followed.

"Work on copying these. I'm going to see what else is in this dump." Y/N threw the files onto the photo copier machine.

Thing tapped on the ground, looking at Y/N.

"I know Wednesday told us both to do it. But I'm older, so what I says, goes." Y/N glared at Thing.

Thing continued to tap on the ground before climbing up the photo copier.

"It may only be a minute difference but I'm still older." Y/N rolled her eyes, looking through the drawers.

Y/N rummaged through the drawers, until she saw a file. Y/N picked it up, she opened it, looking inside.

"Garrett Gates. Where have I heard that name before? Thing?" Y/N looked over at Thing.

Thing looked at Y/N as he photo copied another photo, he started tapping.

"You're no help." Y/N scoffed turning back to the file.

Thing looked out the window and started tapping anxiously making Y/N look over.

"You tell Wednesday. I'll finish up in here." Y/N put the file back in the drawer.

Thing scurried out of the room as Y/N walked over to the photo copier grabbing all of the parts of the file.

Y/N opened the door, just in time to see Wednesday hide inside a body freezer.
The coroner and Sheriff Galpin walked into the room making Y/N close the door quickly.

"Appreciate you coming back to the office, Doc." Sheriff Galpin followed behind the Coroner.

"No problem, Sheriff. Whatever I can do to help. Whatever or Whoever is responsible for these killings..in all my years I've never seen injuries like them. I thought you should see this before I issued my report on the latest victim. It's a real noodle scratcher." The Coroner led Sheriff Galpin over to a fridge where there was a foot in a glass jar.

"The killer cut off two toes from the victims left foot. Best guess, they used a surgical saw. The final autopsy reports still pending." The Coroner pointed to the glass jar.

"Minute you're done, send it straight to my desk. Media blackout on the toes." Sheriff Galpin turned to the Coroner.

"Sure thing, Sheriff." The Coroner gave a nod.

"Been a busy couple of weeks, huh? At least I'm going out in style. Friday's my last day." The Coroner stopped Sheriff Galpin who had gone to leave.

"Happy retirement, Doc." Sheriff Galpin went to leave again.
