Bad Boy Meets Surfer

the following morning jungkook woke up with a weight on top of him, light filled the room as he waited for his eyes to adjust. he let out a smile when he saw it was taehyung laying on his chest, arms wrapped by his waist. 

in that moment all jungkook wanted to do was to run his hands up and down taehyung's back, under his shirt while pecking his forehead. he wanted to hold him tighter but he knew taehyung probably had no idea about the situation they were in. 

when jungkook looked out the window he saw it was still raining quite badly, strong winds were still there and lots of dark clouds were surrounding the house. the raven knew there was going to be another storm today, it just made him wonder about the damage that was done over night. 

jungkook slowly slid taehyung off him, placing a pillow on taehyung's chest to replace him. he smiled when the brunette clutched the pillow and drifted back off into sleep. he walked downstairs and smiled when he saw the tv on, he was at least thankful the power was back on. 

he was also satisfied that they got no floods of water in the house. he quickly went to the kitchen and made some waffles, and got some random spreads out. he was all ready to and made sure the waffles stayed warm until he pulled them out when he heard taehyung walk down the stairs. 

"m-morning" taehyung whispered, voice sounding very sleepy and jungkook thought it was the cutest thing. he smiled and handed the brunette a plate.

they both walked towards the couch and dug into the food. the raven was not to sure on what they could both do today, since they had to stay indoors. 

"I am surprised at how dark it is outside" taehyung said, looking out the window towards the dark sky. the raven hummed and gulped down the food in his mouth. a bright smile plastered it's way over jungkook's face as he watched taehyung happily eat his food. 

"did you sleep well last night?" jungkook questioned, looking at the male in front of him who smiled and nodded his head. 

"I did, thank you for letting me sleep next to you" taehyung replied

"dont you mean on me?" the raven said, chuckling when the smaller's eyes widened. 

"I what?" he asked, covering his mouth with his hand. 

"I woke up this morning and you were laying on top of me" jungkook said, trying his best not to laugh out loud at taehyung's reaction. he covered his face and started mumbling curses. 

"gosh that is so embarrassing, I am so sorry. I am a bit of a cuddler when I fall asleep" taehyung said, groaning afterwards at the thought. he felt completely embarrassed, not knowing jungkook actually loved every moment of it. until now. 

"I actually found it really cute" the raven said, finishing the last pieces of food on his plate before taking his dishes to the sink. leaving a blushing taehyung who also just finished his food. 

"go have a shower, I will clean up" jungkook said, watching taehyung put his plate in the sink and shake his head. 

"no you cooked, let me wash and you freshen up" taehyung replied back, arguing with jungkook a little before the raven eventually gave up and went to have a shower. taehyung smiled in victory and started cleaning the kitchen.

after they both showered and tidied the house a little, they both were sat on the same couch. had been for hours now as they just talked about anything and everything. some serious things and others not so serious. it was still stormy outside, taehyung found it hard diverting his attention away from the windows whenever a gush of strong wind hit against it. 

he was enjoying his time with jungkook, half of him wanted the storm to continue as he felt as soon as the storm would stop he would have no reason to stay here. hours had gone past and when it was time for dinner, taehyung felt like he was disconnected from time. he was sure he just woke up ten minute's ago but the sound of jungkook turning the gas oven on cut him out of his own thoughts as he stood up. 

"what are you going to make?" the raven was asked by the smaller male who was leaning against the doorframe. the taller smiled and pulled out a lot of packets of noodles, and some meat. 

"we are going to eat everything" jungkook winked, getting out everything he needed as taehyung moved towards one of the chair stools to watch him cook. 

"what type of things are you into?" jungkook asked while he stirred the soft noodles in the pot. feeling the need and want to get to know taehyung more, even thought he felt like he knew a lot he still wanted to know even more. 

"nothing that is interesting. I like video games, black ops 3, saints row and minecraft are my all time faves. especially minecraft. I read a lot, spend a lot of money on books. I like to write stories, it takes me to a different place. I love music, I may not be good at singing but the lyrics of songs are so special that you cant help but to sing it" 

the raven was listening closely at what taehyung was saying, hearing the softness in the males voice as he spoke caused him to feel butterflies in his stomach. 

"what about your life in highschool?" jungkook asked, wondering why the male never really talked about his previous school. 

"just your typical school, people judging and wanting to know other peoples business. I tried to always law low but it was never in my favour." 

"let me guess, everyone wants to know about you, your family, how much money you earn, all your secrets?" jungkook questioned, looking at taehyung who looked surprised. "that is exactly it" he whispered, watching as the raven chuckled. 

"I remembered a girl coming up to me, I knew her and her group of friends. she wanted me to hug her so that her friends thought we were a thing. for some odd reason some people at school wanted to be seen with me, in a relationship way. as if they were to date me, I would be some type of trophy for them" jungkook stated, eyes on the noodles in the pot as he stirred them. 

"then you try keep your friend group small, cause you dont know who to trust. you dont know how to seperate the ones who truly care for you and want nothing in return compared to the ones who act as if they care but just want to see what your house is like" 

taehyung could not believe jungkook was describing exactly how people treated him in highschool. 

"and then when you dont give them attention they start to spread rumours" 

"lies start to spread about you and you know it is not true and you know other people dont believe it but it is the fact that it was spread in the first place when all you did was want space" taehyung finished, jungkook softly smiled and started to cook the meat. 

"do you ever wish you could start over?" jungkook asked, handing taehyung a bowl. 

"everyday" he whispered back, taking the bowl into his hands.
