"Why?" Chiyo asked, "There are people in the forest, not very good people may I add." Anthony said. Anthony took Chiyo's hand and ran farther in the forest. "Are you sure we should do this?" Chiyo asked panting as Anthony kept pulling her, "Yeah it's fine, i grew up here." Anthony said. Chiyo and Anthony approached a large building.

Anthony stopped at the entrance of two large doors, he opened a door holding it open for Chiyo, "where are we?" she asked, "The council." Anthony said, "You're not gonna-" "No of course not, I know you don't want to sacrifice yourself, besides these are the people who were cast out because of the vote." Anthony said. Chiyo looked at him quizzically. Anthony walked through, Chiyo followed quietly, her head low.

"Anthony, is that you?" asked an older voice, "Yeah Ishton, it's me." said Anthony. Wait, Ishton? Chiyo thought to herself, the name was familiar, but Chiyo forgot where she had heard the name before. A man with snow white hair emerged from around the corner, "Anthony thought i would never see you again after you left, and who is that?" asked the man "Yeah Ishton, this is Chiyo." Anthony said

"Well I'm Ishton, as I think you heard." he said, his eyes flashing to Chiyo's hair, "You have hair like mine..." he said, his eyes narrowing. Chiyo looked at him, nervousness flashing in her eyes hoping that he wouldn't recognize her, (even if he had never met her). "Do I know you?" he asked, "No, i don't think we've met." she said, "I could have sworn I met you from somewhere." Ishton said.

Anthony led the way to the council room, the large glass door having depictions of wars being stopped by a white haired person. Anthony opened the door and the room had a small circular table with several papers lying on its surface. The walls were covered with paintings, one of them had the same white haired person. On the farthest wall was a picture of a brown haired woman, her hair was draped over one shoulder, and her face was emotionless.

In her eyes was the reflection of the painter, the smallest details almost looked as big as the rest as the painting, her eyes were a bright hazel, her skin was tanned and she had light white freckles over her hair, she looked like a angel, in fact in faded gold paint in the background there were small lines the looked like wings.

"Admiring the picture?" asked a voice from behind Chiyo, behind her was the face of the same woman in the picture, "Who-" she cut her off, "My name is Tallheart, I am the leader of this branch of the council." she said, holding her hand out, waiting for Chiyo to shake it. "Oh- Chiyo Suzuki." Chiyo repiled, shaking Tallhearts hand.

As Tallheart walked by, Chiyo saw the mirage of the gold wings on her back. "Anthony said you had a pretty strong glamor on you." She said turning around, Chiyo looked at Anthony who shrugged, "I don't know, i never noticed, what do you even mean by glamor?" she asked.

"Glamour is what keeps our true identity hidden, it's why Anthony looked human to you on earth, but had fairy wings when he was here." Tallheart said, raising her palm in the air. "Wait what are you-"

"Calm down, it's okay." she said, from her palm was a burst of golden strings that wrapped around Chiyo then she passed out.
