"𝐳𝐨𝐦𝐛𝐢𝐞 𝐠𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐬""Is it also you first festival here?" Michonne asked Charlie, because she earlier found out she's only here for about two months.
"Yep." Charlie nodded, while placing the book she started reading yesterday next to her, to have the conversation with Michonne she just started.
"I don't have a good feeling about this." She said, watching all the people celebrate.
"Well," Charlie sighed, before watching her dog slightly be happy about the fact that michonne joined them. "Do you have a good feeling about anything?" She asked hesitantly.
Michonne now looked at her offended, causing Charlie to send her a forced smile.
"Sorry." She shrugged, watching Michonne stand up and walk towards the Governors house, looking through the window.
"I don't think we're supposed to do that." Charlie said, looking between Michonne and the window quickly, seeing the Governor hold something in his hands, while glaring down at them.
...
"Alright." The Governor announced happily, while walking up the stairs.
Charlie and Reign pushed themselves through the herd of people to go to the front next to Andrea.
"Hi." She smiled slightly at her, receiving a slight smile back.
"Uh, the first time we gathered, there was nine of us." The Governor said. "Holder up in an apartment with SPAM and saltine crackers."
The Governor now nodded proudly, looking down at everyone. "Well, look at us now."
He chuckled once again. "We've built a place we can call home. It may be held together with duct tape and string, but it works." He announced proudly. "It's ours. I'll take it."
"So, today, we celebrate how far we've come." He said, looking down at Andrea. "We remember those we've lost."
"We raise a glass." He now said, making Charlie look around to notice she's the only one who doesn't have one, so she decided to push herself through the herd of people once again to take one, noticing she was to slow.
...
"Why's Michonne in there?" Charlie asked Merle, who she was walking quickly to, after she watched Michonne go in there along with the Governor.
"It's none of you business." Merle explained, looking at the woman who was a couple of inches smaller than him.
"Well, she's my friend, so yes it is." Charlie said stubbornly, making Merle annoyed.
Merle was now going a few steps closer towards her to tell her to back off but was stopped by the growling Reign.
He stopped immediately, before chuckling slightly. "Got yourself a little protector, huh?" He asked amused.
"Reign?" Charlie now asked, while looking down at her dog. "She's my friend."
"Tell yourself that." He said, before walking away.
