"We're not leaving." Rick said after Hershel suggested it.

"We can't stay here." Hershel argued back, sitting on the prison stairs.

"What if there's another sniper?" Maggie asked reloading her gun. "A wood pallet won't stop one of those rounds."

"We can't even go outside." Beth said, standing in front of the baby's bed, next to Carol and Daryl.

"Not in the daylight." Carol said.

"Rick says we're not running, we're not running." Glenn said, agreeing with Rick because he wanted to stay since the start.

"No, better to live like rats." Merle said, who was locked into the second room.

"You got a better idea?" Rick asked him, being completely annoyed of him.

"Yeah, we should have slid out of here last night and lived to fight another day." Merle said, thinking his answer is the only right one. "But we lost that window, didn't we?"

"I'm sure he's got scouts on every road out of his place by now." Merle added leaning against the grid, letting his hand fall through it.

"We ain't scared of that prick." Daryl said walking along the way next to the cells, on the second floor, to stand closer by his brother.

"Y'all should be." Merle warned. "That truck through the fence, thing that's just him ringing the doorbell." Michonne was cleaning her katana, because the walkers blood was still on it, while listening to Merle talk. "We might have some thick walls to hide behind, but he's got the guns and the numbers. And if he takes the high ground around this place, shoot, he could just starve us out if he wanted to."

"Let's put him in the other cell block." Maggie sighed, while Charlie nodded slightly, because she never liked Merle even though he was always talking to her when she was around with Reign.

"No." Daryl interrupted Maggie. "He's got a point."

"This is all you." Maggie now shouted at Merle. "You started this."

"What's the difference who's fault it is?" Beth asked walking towards the stairs. "What do we do?"

"I said we should leave." Hershel said, while Charlie leaned against a cell. "Now Axels dead. We can't just sit here."

Rick now started going towards the entrance, making Hershel stand up quickly. "Get back here!" He shouted at him, causing Rick to stop and Hershel walk after him. "You're slipping, Rick.

But Hershel wasn't done yet, he continued talking. "We've seen it all. We understand why. But now is not the time. You once said this isn't a democracy. Now you have to own up to that. I put my family's life in your hands."

Charlie adored the man, she really did, especially because he was only talking about his family not about himself.

"So get your head clear and do something." He finished his speech.

...

"Killing the walkers from here?" Charlie asked after she joined Rick standing behind the grid, with his shotgun looking at the walker, looking startled at her when, she started talking to him.

"What are you doing here?" He asked, glaring at her.

Charlie shrugged, looking at him with slight worry in her eyes. "Just checking out for you."

"You don't need to." He said angrily, turning back to the walkers.

"I'm sorry." She said, causing Rick to turn towards her giving her a confused glare, making her notice he wants to know why. "For loosing you wife."
