𝐡𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠After walking a little bit of time they stopped walking in the woods, taking a little break for them all to catch up their breath and to eat something.
Charlie now hears a whistling from behind her, knowing immediately it is Daryl because he always did so when they went scavenging for food.
"Wanna go hunt?" He asked walking closer towards her.
"I don't know if I am a big help." Charlie said watching confusion grow on Daryl's face. "You remember a bullet went through my arm right?"
Daryl's eyes now widen in realisation, because he completely forgot that she was nearly shot. "Right, but you could still join me." He shrugged.
Charlie now felt a smile forming on her lips, looking up at Daryl, feeling an unknown feeling in her belly which she never really felt before especially not for Daryl.
"Sure, why not." Charlie smiled, looking around to find Reign who she noticed was sitting next to Abraham happily chewing on a stick. "I'll leave her here." The brunette said pointing at reign with her not nearly shot at arm.
They now started taking off into the woods. Daryl was mostly kneeling on the ground looking for the foot prints again he earlier nearly lost, while Charlie was standing lost next to him now even knowing if it's a deer or a pig or anything else.
She now took a deep breath in not knowing if she should ask Daryl what it is or not because she wouldn't want to embarrass herself but she still asked because her curiousity was still stronger than the shame she would feel afterwards.
"What are we Even hunting?" Charlie asked kneeling down next to Daryl, nearly loosing her balance grabbing Daryl's knee not to fall, who only watched her smiling.
"What do you think?" Daryl asked looking down at her smilingly.
"Uhhh, a deer." Charlie Said trying to pretend she was thinking even though she only said the first animal which popped up in her head.
Daryl now snorted looking back at the footprints unbelievable. "I didn't know a deer looks so much like a rabbit." He mumbled, watching Charlie's cheeks grow red.
"Damn it." She whispered pushing herself up by putting pressure on Daryl's knee.
Now Daryl was the one who nearly lost balance so Charlie tried to pull him slightly up, not remembering her hurt arm which immediately felt like she was shot all over again. The brunette immediately tried to back off but she already stumbled onto Daryl causing them both to fall onto the ground.
Charlie accidentally fell on top of Daryl feeling his strong arms and muscles under her. The brunette gasped slightly noticing Daryl's flustered face but somehow no one did anything to change their positions.
Their noses were only inches apart, and so were their lips once again. Charlotte swallowed hardly watching Daryl's eyes wandering to her lips. Her breathing now stocked and before both of them could even go any nearer to close the distance between them they heard a loud bark coming from the place they settled down earlier.
Charlie immediately jumped off from Daryl, running towards the group only to notice them all sitting comfortable in their place. Charlie's eyes immediately wandered to Reign who was playing along with Rosita and Tara, noticing Daryl's presence behind her immediately. She could already feel his hot breath, causing shivers to run down her spine.
The brunette immediately took a step forwards, not looking towards Daryl again, walking towards Reign and the duo, smiling at them as they greeted her, ignoring Daryl's sigh from behind.

They continued walking through the woods, and Charlie was already sweating everywhere. She felt totally gross, feeling the sweat soaked clothes leaning on her body disgustingly.
Charlie sighed out knowing she probably has terribly acne all over her face, which isn't bad at all she just doesn't like the look on it on herself because of her rather pale face.
She walked next to Reign the whole walk ignoring the feeling of being watched behind her completely not wanting to hold eye contact with Daryl once again.
They now stepped into the woods noticing a walker approaching them.
"I got it." Michonne sighed walking towards the biter slicing its head in two.
Everyone now walked past her trying to find a place to settle down for the night.
In the end they settled down in the middle of the woods, while the group decided all of them would do night shifts so everybody would have the chance to sleep.
Charlie volunteered to take the first shift knowing when she gets waken up in the middle of night she'd be grumpy and even more tired so she was able to take the first one.
When everyone was now sleeping after a while and Reign's head was placed on her lap she was watching the woods for any danger, but she noticed nothing. So she leaned back a little more relaxed, still knowing she has to look very carefully.
She sighed out bored, leaning her head against the tree behind her tapping all her fingers against her thumb repeating it often.
But after a while she was interrupted by footsteps, her hand immediately found it's way to her knife holding it against the throat from the thing approaching her.
Seeing Daryl's eyes she relaxed immediately putting the knife back onto her pants pocket.
"You can go back to sleep, I'll take the next shift." Daryl said pointing towards the middle of the group to show where he slept earlier.
"I'm not tired it's fine." Charlie mumbled trying to ignore as best a possible Daryl's glare, but when he licked his lips her eyes immediately wandered down to watch him unintentionally.
She swallowed hardly looking away immediately into the dark, dark woods.
Daryl obviously noticed, but he didn't judge her at all because if she'd know how often this happened to him she'd see it in a way different perspective.
"You need sleep though, everybody does." Daryl tried to explain calmly looking at her brown eyes with a slight hint of green in it which he always found so beautiful. It felt like when he was looking in her eyes, he was looking at the woods which they, he thinks so, resembles, and Daryl loves the woods which causes him to feel at home unintentionally when he looks into her eyes. "Good night Charlie."
She now sighed looking at him again, but this time directly in the eyes not wanting her gaze to wander off again.
"Good night Daryl." She now sighed leaning against the tree because she did not want to wake up Reign.
The next morning she woke up in the middle of the group laying still next to Reign. She immediately shot up seeing Daryl lay about 100 inches next to her, knowing immediately why she ended up here, at safety.
