Its New Years Eve and me, Mugman, and Chalice are all hanging out! It was amazing. Tho it was me and Mugsy first NYE without Elder Kettle..... It was about 11:30 and Chalice had an idea.
" Lets go and sit with Elder Kettle on the hill!" She says knowing this was our first NYE without him. We all walked out of the house and started walking towards the hill where Elder Kettle was burried. Once we got there it was 11:55. I let Mugsy sit next to Elder Kettle's grave and I sat next to him and Chalice sat next to me. We sat there looking at the stars until Mugman started saying, " 10, 9, " Me and Chalice joined in.
" 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1!!!! HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!" We say in unison. I kiss Ms. Chalice on the cheek and say " Happy New Year, Love,"
" Happy New year, " She says back putting her head on my shoulder.
" Happy New year Mugsy," I say.
" Happy New year, Cuppy," He says back.
We sit there for a little looking at the starts until we someone set of huge fireworks.
" WOAH! Look Guys!!!" I say pointing at the sky.
" Woahh," Ms. Chalice says sitting up.
It was truly magical. And Elder Kettle was still with us for it.
