Twice: Forensic Heroes

A/N: Hey guys! Sorry I took so long to update. This chapter was really long.

Here's a crime story based on a Hong Kong drama that I watched called "Forensic Heroes". This will be sort of a MinaYeon story because I think it will suit the story well and I don't want to reuse twice member pairings from my previous chapters. 

The story will contain extra characters and chinese names so I hope you don't mind. It was really hard to mix this drama with Twice. Anyways, please enjoy this long chapter!

Stanley Prison

"Couple killed in a bungalow"

"Bodies found on the following day"

"The man was found with a fatal head injury"

"The woman had multiple stab wounds. Her face was disfigured"

"Sick killer arrested"

Sana closed the newspaper as the man walked into the room. He sat in front of her on the other side of the glass barrier, eager to speak to her. She pulled the phone down and greeted the man.

"Hello, Mr Tam"

"Hello, Counsel Minatozaki. Thank you for coming to see me. I enjoyed reading your column. The analysis of the cases were so detailed and professional. But I didn't expect you to be so young. You're really smart..."

"Thank you. My editor received your letter. You said you wanted to see me. I've already read through your case from 20 years ago thoroughly. What would you like me to do for you?", asked Sana.

"I want you to report my case and tell people the truth"

"I've checked your record. You admitted that you killed the man. But you denied killing the woman. Do you still say that after 20 years?"

"I will still say that even after 100 years. This is because it's true"

"Are you aiming to achieve a reduced sentence?"

 The man shook his head.

"I'm a bad person. I was good at nothing and robbed people all the time. I beat them up for money. I made no contribution to society at all. I deserve the life imprisonment"

"Then what is it that you actually want?"

"I want you to tell everyone that the person who killed that woman could be a sick killer"

"Could you please elaborate?"

"I only wanted money. I would never kill anyone unless it's absolutely necessary. I tried to take that man's gold watch, but he resisted. So I killed him"

Sana looked at the man in disgust.

"To kill someone, you need to hit them once. But that woman was stabbed multiple times, and there were two big crosses carved on her face..."

"The killer must be sick. Please believe me, Counsel Minatozaki"

"Why should I believe you?"

"I'm a dying person. I have no reason to lie"
