Y/N POV

The year is 1988 and you've recently been hired as an intern for a minor, almost unknown TV crew for Channel 9. You work with a small group of people who you have barely even met since this is your first day on the job.

You were told by your boss Jihyo, that today you'd be joining the crew in a major shoot at an abandoned house said to have been owned by a notorious serial killer who had been executed 8 years ago.

Your boss tells you that this was going to be a huge hit for the crew as not only has no one else documented the house before, but no one else knows much about the killer's dark secrets so it was the crew's chance of exposing the truth behind the murders.

You know very little about the killer except for the fact that they were known for kidnapping and murdering children every Easter. Some say that the murderer wore an Easter Bunny outfit and lured children to the house before killing them.

You and the crew arrive at the serial killers house.

"Looks like we're here", said Momo, who was the camerawoman of the crew.

It was a large, worn-down home with an ominous atmosphere around it. On the way here, you already felt uneasy by the tall trees and long grasses surrounding the house.

When you hop out of the van, it was foggy and difficult to see, but you notice a car already parked at the house.

"Eww... This is the house? I can't believe I went from the news desk to this", Sana complained.

You've spoken to Sana once before but it was when she asked you to hand her a bottle of water during the car ride.

"Alright, let's get started! We don't have all day", Jihyo announced to the crew.

When you first met your boss during the interview, you thought she was nice. But she seemed different after you started your job.

Jihyo walks over to the car that had been parked at the house while the rest of the crew unloaded things from the van.

"Where the hell is the real estate agent?"

"Who?", asked Jeongyeon.

Today was the first day you'd seen Jeongyeon. You only heard about her from other people. Apparently, she helps with the camera setups and lighting and seemed like a tough crew member.

"I paid that real estate agent, Dahyun 50 bucks to let us shoot this story here. Her car is here so where the hell is she?", Jihyo grumbled.

"Wait. You paid the real estate agent? As in you bribed her? Isn't that like... Illegal?", asked Jeongyeon.

"So what? Are you saying you don't want to do this? You can go home if you'd like!"

"Oh no. That's not what I meant"

"Hey, intern. What was you're name again?"

"Y/N", you reply.

"Yeah, Y/N. Make yourself useful and find us a way into the house", Jihyo demanded.

"Okay..."

You head towards the house, already hating the job.

"This is the worst day to start an internship... I pulled a tendon at track practice a while ago so I don't think I can move around too well. I'll have to make sure not to put too much pressure on it", you thought to yourself.
