2 weeks later ...
DD POV
It's been two weeks since me and ddot last spoke. I really miss him, he was really my everything and I messed it all up. I've tried texting and calling him but he never texted me back. I felt so bad and I really like him, I really do, and honestly I don't know why I ran out on him. I know I really hurt his feelings and I'm so truly sorry, today was also his birthday so I decided to surprise him.
I went to Walmart and bought him a bucket full of snacks and I also got him a stitch bear because I knew Lilo & stitch was one of his favorite movies. I got him some takis, starburst, skittles, Hershey cookies and crème chocolate, Hot fries, Fanta, ring pops, and a nike gift card. Then I went to the mall and got him a couple of outfits and the new black phantom Travis scotts. I also got him some more cologne. He was gon love me frrrr😝. Once I was done I put everything in the bucket, and I put his clothes and shoes in a birthday bag. I went home changed and redid my curls because I planned on taking him out to dinner tonight. I got in the car and headed to his house.
Once I got there I got the gifts out the car and knocked on the door. I was really nervous, I knew he didn't want to talk to me but I really needed to talk to him. I was met with ddots mom at the door. "Hii mami" I said. "DD !! I miss you so muchh" she said hugging me. I came into the house and sat on the couch. "So what you been up to" she said. "Nothing much I've been missing your son" I said laughing. "Yesss he's been missing you too, I know how you felt not ready for the relationship yet but I want you guys to talk, figure this out don't let eachother go because of this incident" she told me holding my hands. "Yes I will, I actually came to talk to him now" I responded. "Well he's in his room he wasn't really in the mood for his birthday but maybe you can cheer him up, good luck" she said smiling. Wow I couldn't believe I made him this sad, but it's always been and will forever be me.
I walked up the stairs and into his room, he was on his bed and it looked like he was crying. I hated seeing him like this I just wanted to see him happy again. I dropped the presents down to the floor and went and sat beside him, pulling him into a hug letting him cry in my shoulder. "Hey shhh it's ok" I said trying to calm him down.
DDOT POV SWITCH
I was crying in my pillow until I got pulled into a hug. I thought it was my mom until I heard a familiar voice I thought I wouldn't hear anytime soon. "Hey shhh it's ok" the person said. I knew exactly who it was. It was dd. I popped my head up, he was smiling at me. I hugged him really tight. I really missed him, he always made me feel better and I'm glad that he's here because I really need him right now. " Happy birthday baby" he said. "Don't call me that but thanks ig" I said. Even though I missed him I was still kinda mad how he did me like that. "Oh, I'm sorry well I got you some presents" he said getting up, going to get the presents. I was surprised by everything he got me. "You didn't have to do this" I said almost about to cry again. "No don't cry, yes I did you know I had to spoil you on ya birthday" he said smiling. "Thank you dd, I love you so much" I said hugging him. "You welcome" he said hugging me back.
"So I've been thinking and I know I broke your heart and I'm sorry for that, I guess I just wasn't ready for a relationship but after thinking about it I want to be with you, I want you and only you. I hope you still want me too, so from me to you will you be my boyfriend" he asked. I felt so stupid, it just turns out he wasn't ready for a relationship and I really thought he didn't like me. "Yesss I would love to be your boyfriend, but from now on I'm that one that spoils you ok" I said smiling. "Of course all this was tooooo expensive" he said laughing. We then took a moment to look into each other's eyes. I loved him so much he was like an angel sent from heaven and I promise I would never let him go. Soon I kissed him. This kiss wasn't any kiss, it was a sweet and passionate kiss, long and light, all of my emotions floating away at once.
Dd told me he was gonna take me out, but it required me to get ready first. I got ready and put on one of the outfits he got me and my new shoesss😝. We got in the car and he drove me to this fancy restaurant. My baby really went all out for me🥴. We walked in and went to our table , got our menus. "Can I get lamb chops with mashed potatoes and asparagus" I asked. "Sure and how about you sir" the waiter asked dd. "I'll get the same thing" he said. "Just wanna be like me so bad" I said rolling my eyes. "Yk you like it" he said smirking. "Look you not finna take my place, I take care of you not the other way around" I said serious. "Ok daddy" he said smiling. "Don't start dd😫" I said. We talked for a little and then our food finally came. We ate and then we got some cake and ice cream that we shared.
Dd drove us back to my place and we got changed, cuddled up, put on a movie. "Thanks for making this the best birthday ever baby" I said kissing his forehead. "Your welcome I love you" he said kissing my cheek. "Love you 4L" I said as he fell asleep on my chest not letting me go.
I'll always cherish him forever, he's forever mine.
