As the sun set upon the land of Skyrim and the fort north of Riften that was once heavily armed by bandits looters and highwaymen the grounds for now littered with their lifeless bodies stripped of all valuables and equipment as the band of mercenaries now took shelter in the former Bandit hideout. Sitting by the fire were. five of them are currently laughing and reminiscing. "Hahaha, we totally smoked these little turds, and we got so much loot the armor the weapons the gold, and the cheese!" The Nord clad head to toe in Madness armor a silver claymore and amber Warhammer on his back the Wabbajack on the side of his bag. with a two-pronged fork on his hip yelled in an eccentric tone as he shoved another slice of Elder goat cheese into his mouth along with a bite of Flesh from the smoked goat leg " Suvvan you should really calm down and not eat that so fast you wouldn't want to choke." Spoke the Imperial who was leaning up against the wall with a mug of blood as his piercing Amber eyes glowed from under his black bangs resting on full daedric armor with the Mace of Molag Bal on his hip with the two Akaviri swords Dawnfang and bloodthirst on his back with the bloodskal blade . " oi lad, I am eccentric and therefore must do eccentric shit, my dear Tully!" The Nord replied back as he continued stuffing his face with cheese and meat. Tully's amber eyes rolled as he looked at the female figure against the wall he was up against. The feminine figure Wore a full set of her mother's blades armor, helmet, gauntlets, and Boots. the mask of Clavicus Vile resting on her hip. The artifact of the prince of deals was not on her head. her long black bangs draped over her face as she napped her Blades sword, shield, and her silver crossbow at her side as well. Meanwhile across the fire was a Khajiit Dawning the Nightingale armor with the hood down who had his Nightingale blade on his hip and the Nightingale bow on his back. as he was organizing the valuables and counting up the worth of coin that could be gained from selling said items " counting all the jewels and jewelry we have here if we sell them we can make about 4349 coins" spoke the Nightingale looking over at his partner in crime the Redguard who wore shadowed netch armor with twin scimitars on her hips with an Ebony mace strapped to her lower back horizontal with the shield on her back via a special strap over her shoulder. she was busy counting the coin that they had collected. " that's great Shadow-step, it just so happens that we have approximately 4,000 coin from these losers already so counting the 4349 coin you just estimated that should come to about 8349 coin" the female Redguard spoke to the Nightingale who then nodded. " indeed sabrina, then we just wait for the improvements to the weapons and gear and add that up to the total estimate" just as the group was talking a member of the bandits that somehow managed to avoid their onslaught jumped out of the closet and began to run out the door only to be met with a dagger thrown into his back severing the brain from the spine as the Bandit dropped to the ground lifeless " heyyyy, nice shot Severin!" The mad nord said as the Argonian who wore the complete ancient dark brotherhood uniform jumped from the inside of the open window where he had been perched walking over and retrieving his blade wiping the blood on the bandit's shirt before looting it and bringing it over to Sabrina and Shadow-step. " it was nothing, I'm going to go Scout around make sure there are no other stowaways.." the Dark Brotherhood assassin spoke before holstering the blade of woe on his left hip across from the daedric artifact of Mehrunes Dagon and leaving the room. Crossing paths with the female wood elf who was wearing the Saviors hide with forsworn gauntlets and forsworn boots armed with a wide array of weapons the two that stood out the most were the Rueful Axe and the Glass bow of the stag prince. She had Hircine's ring on her finger as she was dragging in a big lump of venison from the elk she had just Hunted and had the skin racked in the other room as she placed the giant slab of venison over the fire to start cooking dinner. " ay lass, I thought I smelled a wet dog Gila, that's quite the Stag-gering piece of venison, I hope it wasn't too much of a buck for you to get a hold of!" The wood elf's hazel eyes rolled at the nords terrible pun but couldn't help a small chuckle as she placed the meat over the fire and began to cook it with the herbs she had gathered. The sound of the meat over the fire was only matched by the pounding and grinding of metal in the other room where two figures worked in the Forge the orc wearing a set of dragon bone armor, dragon bone boots, and brawlers dragon bone gauntlets. with the helm of Oryn Bearclaw on his head. the great Warhammer Volendrung on his back with a dragon scale shield with the mace Scourge on his hip. he was masterfully working the blacksmith and forging weapons using the materials that were found already in the room. " all right Smith brother here's another steel Greatsword coming your way" the Orc spoke sliding the freshly made steel Greatsword across to the table into the hands of the Breton who dawned a full set of Dwarven armor with the visage of Mzund on his head with another dwarven helmet on the side of his bag he called the visage of restoration. over his back was a dwarven Warhammer. the Dwemer tools Sundar on his right hip, keening sheathed in a special attachment on his left dwarven boot. the daedric artifact Dawnbreaker on his left hip and Spellbreaker on his back. as he started working with the grindstone and workbench sharpening and improving the items far beyond what many would call normal standards. " how many ingots do we have left Yamma?" The Dwarven-clad man asked his fellow Smith brother. " three iron ingots, two steel ingots one Orcalcium ingot, and 12 more leather straps. " the orc replied back. Immediately nodding in understanding the Breton ceased using the grindstone and used the workbench to enhance the armor pieces that they had looted. The process is going even better thanks to Sabrina's blacksmith filter potion given to them. Immediately after finishing the enhancements the Breton picked the equipment up in the wheelbarrow and wheeled it over to the Arcane table where the enchanter of the group was hard at work doing enchantments on the Rings necklaces and circlets. " Asadelf, the weapons and armor are all ready for you." The Breton spoke to the high elf woman who looked back and nodded in her ebony spell knight armor with a bunch of staffs attached to her mage backpack including the Skull of Corruption with the gold katana Goldbrand on her hip. " thank you kindly Gentu, I will have these ready in about twenty minutes." spoke the high elf with a nod as she got back to work for the next several minutes before all the equipment was done with being Enchanted with various enchantments from Magicka enhancements to chaos enchantments as the Breton wheeled the wheelbarrow of Enchanted armor and weapons out into the main room as Sabrina the Redguard stood and walked over to inspect them pulling out a pen paper she started doing the math quietly as Gila started passing out plates of venison. " I see ten of us here where's the boss man?" Gentu spoke as the rest of the group looked around not seeing their leader anywhere. " I'll go find him, you guys eat" Asadelf spoke as she walked out one of the doors nearby upon opening the door the cold night air struck her exposed face as she didn't have her helmet on looking around quickly she found the one she was looking for. His figure was greatly hidden by the dark ebony mail with the Ebony blade and the shadowy battleaxe Shadowrend, ebony helmet, ebony boots, and brawlers ebony gauntlets which made him nearly melt into the night sky. as he looked up towards the full moon gently walking up and lovingly wrapping her arms around the dark elf. " hello dear, Gila has food ready and the rest of the group is looking for you." The high elf spoke to her lover softly. " I will be in in a moment I'm just getting some air." The dark elf spoke in a raspy voice. from the crevice in the helmet where the eyes are supposed to look through, one could vaguely see the burns on his face. " alright ebon-shi, but you better come in and get it soon before our resident Nut Job decides to drench it with melted goat cheese like last week." She giggled in amusement as she remembered the time Suvvan filled one of their horse's saddlebags full of cheese and nothing else as a prank and the group didn't figure it out until they were miles away from where they were causing them to lose daylight circling around and going back to retrieve said goods. " heh, alright I'm coming Asadelf." He smiled under his helmet and walked inside with her holding her hand gently as he entered the group all started laughing specifically Suvvan who wasted no time poking fun at the two love birds. " get a room you two, or a branch, or a mushroom. OR EVEN A GIANT CHEESE WHEEL!'' Suvvan shouted in a crazed manner as he laughed hysterically as he fell off of the dresser he was sitting on. The dark elf rolled his eyes in an amused glance as he gratefully took his plate from Gila sitting down by Asadelf and lifting his helmet up a little so he could eat. " boss, Sabrina has the coin value estimate of the loot we acquired " Shadow-step said looking up from his plate. " alright how'd we do?" He asked the Redguard buccaneer as even though Myra was the ' sales master' of the group Sabrina was better at math. he took a bite of his food waiting for Sabrina's report. " first we estimated the value of the miscellaneous items and jewelry we got, Plus add up the value of the enhanced armor and weapons from Yamma and Gentu, then enchanted by Asadelf so that adds up to a total of 59430 gold." the Redguard woman spoke professionally as she read off her calculations and taking a drink from her mug of mead. " and with Myra's silver tongue doing the pawning will probably end up with probably triple that" spoke Tully as he wiped the blood from his lips with a cloth. " I've said it once I'll say it a thousand times more there are no others I would rather have by my side," the dark elf spoke looking at the ten who were surrounding the fire pit. " the bunch of you are the toughest sons and bitches I've ever seen and I truly believe that there is nothing we cannot do as long as we work together, whether it be clearing out a bandit gang, or simply dealing with a troll. I am here with the most capable individuals I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. " ebon-shi spoke sincerely to his small group. As he took a bite of his food. " so boss, where's our next destination?" Shadow step spoke as he gently placed his plate to the side " Actually it just so happens, Gentu found an ancient Dwemer ruin that apparently these Jokers located in the mountain to the north that he wants us to check out" Gentu looked up to the boss giving a grateful smile " is anybody here familiar with Blackreach?" The ten others shook their heads as the Breton nodded. " it is said to be where the Dwemer mined Aetherium. Deep deep down below beneath the earth's crust and there are said to be four entrances due to the four Dwemer civilizations who helped create the Aethereum forge." The Breton spoke calmly but with a giddy tone in his voice when it came to the subject of the Dwemer he couldn't resist getting excited. " pardon me for saying this Gentu but isn't the Aetherium forge just a myth created in a book to entertain?" Sabrina spoke Softly not meaning to offend but just trying to confirm it. Being a treasure hunter herself having confirmation of such a miraculous Treasure Trove is vital " I can assure you, Sabrina, the Aetherium forge does exist because I have seen it with my own eyes, and I have actually used it," he spoke with a bit of a pause as he walked over to his bag which had been set up against the wall and detached a long shaft which was wrapped up in a cloth to prevent damage. As he unwrapped it a gorgeous golden hue the light of the moonlight as the Aethereum implants in the staff glowed.
Gentu walked back to his group with the Aetherial staff in his lap. " I made the staff at the Aetherium Forge so I can personally attest that it does indeed exist." Gentu spoke in a solemn tone before continuing. " the woman who helped me find the Aetherium forge back then was none other than the ghost of Katria herself. So I hold onto this staff because this was a memory we made and it is irreplaceable." The Breton spoke with a shaky voice as a few tears fell only to have a gentle sympathetic hand on his shoulder from Yamma. " I'm curious to ask, what exactly does that phenomenal staff do?" Yamma asked his Smithing brother. Gentu stood up slowly and used the staff on the ground as a small Shimmer activated in the air as a Dwarven sphere appeared out of thin air and just sat there idle. " my goodness it's in Dwarven Metal Ingot Farm!" Suvvan spoke loudly as Gentu chuckled at his comrade's humor " When the Dwarven spiders or spheres are summoned they don't always stay formed if that's what you mean, so yes it is essentially a Dwarven Metal Ingot Farm as you put it I just haven't quite found a way to fix that so it only does that when you want it to." Gentu spoke as he gently wrapped the staff back up and placed it back on the side of his bag tightening the straps to keep it firmly in place. "Well, we should all get some sleep tonight we have a big day tomorrow first with getting all this equipment pawned courtesy of our silver-tongued Myra. Then with Gentu's exploration. You guys get some sleep and I'll take First Watch" Ebon-shi said as the group nodded detaching their own bed rolls from their bags before laying down he leaned up against the wall in a sitting position where he could watch over his comrades setting the bow of Shadows at his side as eight of the ten went to sleep as Asadelf walked over and laid her head on his shoulder
