A few days had passed since the incident with the Blood Horkers and things were relatively calm at the base aside from the fact that Tully hadn't left his room in over three days and not even Serana or Myra could get through to him. Tully had been in a darkened mental state since they arrived back from Windhelm as Serana sat on they're shared bed trying to comfort him as best as she could, but due to not being the open emotional type of woman all she could do was rub his back. Tully was worried about Centurion remembering just how bad his injuries were and the state he was in before they got off the boat thoughts have been crossing his mind ranging from scenarios of the boat running adrift off the Sea of ghosts, he wasn't too worried about pirates stopping a legionnaire ship but still there were so many things that could have gone wrong. A rogue wave, accidentally hitting a iceberg, many other scenarios plagued his minds imagination as worry for his old friend started to take its toll on him. The feeling of worry and the loss he felt after his platoon was wiped out at snow peak pass creeping up on him like a constant reminder. Suddenly, a knock on the door stirred Tully's attention slightly as Myra opened the door, sliding a letter through. "Gila was out hunting and a courior asked her to deliver this but she's cooking so here's the letter." Myra said as Serana took the letter and read the sender. "It's from General Tullius." Serana said handing the letter to Tully and sitting by him incase it was bad news. Tully gently opened the letter and pulled out the paper that had General Tullius's signature on it as he read it.
Dear Tully, on behalf of the east empire company and myself I want to personally thank you for all you and your comerades did at Japhet's Folly in wiping out the Blood Horkers, the legion and the east empire company owe you a debt of gratitude, we recieved the head of the fugitive Haldyn and have been briefed on the situation. And to set your mind at ease Centurion is doing fine thanks to our healers he will be back on his feet in a few weeks, he also told me of the unprofessional attitude of the sergeant towards you, please accept our sincerest apologies and assurence that he is being punished accordingly the legion does not tolorate disrespect to our veterans. I thank you again and am greatful for your diligent work, stay safe out there.
-General TulliusOnce Tully had finished reading the letter he said it down to the side letting out a soft sigh of relief before laying his head down back on his pillow his expression much more calm and at peace. Serana let out a sigh of relief as Tully sat up and took a drink of the potion of blood on his nightstand carefully wiping his lips afterwards before placing it back down. "I was getting worried..." Tully lemented while he calmed his nerves he sighed as Serana sat down beside him. "You were worried that you lost him like the others at snow point pass weren't you?" She asked knowing his past and from what little bit of his past he told her she could understand why he's been so distant lately. "Do you want to talk about it? It might make you feel better." Serana suggested however she wouldn't pry if it was something he would prefer to keep to himself much like he showed her the same courtesy when the two traveled together. Tully let out a gentle sigh before nodding and agreed to explain and open up. "After I failed to save my unit that day, Centurion and four others for all that survived, so over at Japhet's Folly when he was so critically injured I feared that I might have lost another good man under my command." Tully said as Serana gently leaned her head on his shoulder.

I had left the base an hour ago and made my way down into the steamy hot springs. I understood what Tully was feeling losing someone under your care I knew that feeling very well. As I made my way through a narrow crevice in the rocky surface leading into Stony Creek cave after slaughtering a few bandits and cutting through unwanted interruptions I finally came face to face with the final resting place of my old friends. Four evenly placed tombstones marked the grave sites of my old friends. Before I joined up with Ebon-shi and the rest before we met at helgan, I was with another group who were dedicated to the shivering isles were were a team of five consisting of myself as the leader, the love of my life Hilda who was a war born nord like I was, but unlike my more manic style she was more leveled and disciplined of the two of us. she often wore a complete set of silver armor and wielded the two-headed silver claymore that I carried with me. The remaining three or armor from the shivering isles varying from their preference while myself and Hilda preferred two-handed weapons such as my Nerveshatter, and in her case the sword of Jyggalag. Goldstein wore a full set of Golden Saint armor and used a golden shield and mace he preferred to block and attack. Sheera was his opposite, she was a Archer primarily but had a set of dark daggers strapped to the shin guards of her dark seducer armor her primary weapon was the daedric artifact ruins edge which she had lost some time ago before she died. Then of course there was the youngest of us, Sebastian, he wore a complete set of Amber armor and wielded twin Amber swords. As they all died held a spoke to me in her final words telling me never lose my unpredictable nature because that was my greatest weapon. I carried the daedric artifacts of my former, all except for Sheera's ruins edge which I never got my hands on due to it being lost. I sat between the four grave sites of my fallen comrades and gave them an offering of cheese wheels which I normally would reserve for myself but I enjoyed cheese and so did they. "Hey guys it's been a long time, I just came by to let you know that yes I am doing okay but I haven't found ruins edge yet. And when I do I promise I will take great care of it I'm sorry that I could not save you all. I love and miss you all terribly but I will never forget you I must be going now, I'm going to finish clearing out this cave of bandits and then I'm going to head back home may the nine watch over you." I said as I made my way back through Stony Creek cave into a large room where I spotted a bandit Chief wielding and all too familiar artifact that I was looking for for a long time, ruins edge. The dark bow that Sheera had lost years ago the beautiful and all too familiar yellow glowing eye glowing and blinking from the shaft of the bow.
