Tommy had gotten stabbed by a piglen a few hours ago and Dream was trying to make him go to a doctor.
"Plus we are almost at the base once we get there I'll bandage it and it'll be like it never even happened" Tommy said try to convince Dream that he will be fine. Although he knew Dream wouldn't let it go.
"That's not how it works Tommy" Dream had been trying to convince him to got to the doctor after it didn't stop bleeding with in a few minutes. And now Dream had to help him walk around because of the wound being on his leg
