I turned to my left to see someone in the cell next to mine. Leaning on the iron rails of the jail cell was a young man with gold eyes. His eyes were the only thing visible in that dark place. I wondered how it still gleamed in a place without any light. And then there it is, his voice that seemed to have been dipped in honey.
I recognized the voice even before I saw his face. His voice isn't something that I could forget. One doesn't forget the voice of a killer, especially a killer who killed your target.
