I finally decided to come out if my cottage and take In the beautiful lake that stood in front of it but stopped once I saw a girl covered in blood wearing a black hood twice her size

A beautiful scent of Roses and pine made its way to my nose and I groaned at the sent

"MATE" my wolf yelled in my head

"Don't yell Cairo" I scolded as I made way to my mate

I couldn't say beautiful as I hadn't seen her face yet

I walked closer to her and picked her up and loved the sparks that went up my arms as she laid in my arms

She snuggled unconsciously to my bare chest and moaned at the feeling I smiled down at her but twinged when a thought came to my head

"Take mate inside " Cairo said sadly as we both were worried about her current state

I walked into my cottage and blushed at the realization I might need to bath her, her skin was covered in blood which made me place her in the tub once I made my way to my bathroom

Her skin felt cool so I decided to turn on the hot water after I removed her hoodie, and she wasn't wearing any underwear under so I placed her in the tub and tried my best not to look down in order to respect her

I washed her body with the wash clothe as I knew how uncomfortable she might feel if she knew I used my bare hands to clean her

When I was done I took a towel and wrapped it around her slender but curvy body and placed her on my bed and got one of my shirts and placed it on her body

I put her under the covers of my bed and watched as she snuggled into the pillow

I'm honestly confused at this point about everything about her but I'll let her explain it all to me when she is ready

I looked at her as she peacefully slept on my bed snuggling into my scent that lingered on my sheets

I blushed as I realized how pretty she is and how tiny she is, she'll obviously put us on our toes when she wakes up

A painful memory came to my thought and I walked out of the room with tears in my eyes closing the door behind me

I questioned no one in particular but got an answer either way

"Mate Mate mate"a voice chanted in my head

"I'm not just any voice I'm your Vampire" the voice repeated snarkily

"Why can't I cry" I asked myself

The voice in my head responded

"We vampires as you may already know were created by scientists, they pumped different drugs in us such as antidepressants and dopamine along with other chemicals and the anti depressants prevent us from experiencing sorrow" the voice explained

"My name is Cara not a voice, just think of me as an extra personality " the voice named Cara giggled and I couldn't help but giggle with her

"Well you are" I said back

No wonder I do not feel any stress of being a vampire, I want to be angry and question it all but I'd rather not because this will make it easier to revenge my Gussy

And once again the heat bubbled in my stomach

"We're still in heat and the bond is jealous of the thought of another man " Cara explained

I doubled over and fell back on the bed in pain as I yelled out

A cute guy came into the room and at that moment the pain ceased as quickly as it appeared

And I moaned at the sight of the cutie before me

My fangs pulsed at the need to feed from the hottie who was shirtless before me, I looked at the area where his neck and shoulder met and could feel my gun tingle at the thought of sinking my teeth there, the thought of feeding from another suddenly became irritating and disgusting

"Mate"Cara purred like a cat in my head

Wetness dropped from my core as I took in the view before me and I moaned inwardly as I saw him blush

"Hey I'm Rosa" I said smiling kindly at him but couldn't help the wetness that pooled in between my thighs at the sight of his body
