"Mummy why did you put me here" the girl asked her mother with innocent eyes

"You're dangerous dearie " the mother replied with so much venom leaking from her tone

"How mummy" the little girl questioned

"Shh child you're making mummy angry" the mother replied aggressively as she tightened the binds on her daughters wrist

"It hurts" she whimpered as tears leaked from her eyes

At that a slap so strong was brought down on her cheek which sent her face to the opposite direction as sobs poured out of her mouth

She looked at her mummy with scared eyes

"Do not make mummy upset again" the mother said as walked away from the basement with her heels clicking the floor as she walked away

"I'm sorry mummy please don't leave me here" the little Girl cried out

"Rosa" I heard my name called from a distance

"Lia wake up" at that I fought the fatigue weighing me down and opened my eyes seeing the beautiful green eyes that always took my breath away

"Damy" I murmured feeling tiredness envelop me

I looked around and recognized the people that came over on the floor

The male with a hole in his chest and teeth marks in his ears

And the female

Well

Only her torso was in the middle of the sitting room and with that my head fell backwards

Flashback
"You both look tasty" Clara said menacingly

They snickered

"A vampire" the man said in thought

"The Alpha will be pleased with this one"
The woman replied but before another word could be uttered

Damien shifted to a grayish black wolf and pounced on her

His wolf so big that you couldn't see the woman laid beneath him all you could hear were her muffled screams

Katrina scraped his muzzle with her claws as she could only half shift in an attempt to wave him off

The man approached Damien in an attempt to stop the madness but was quickly grasped by Clara

He flinched as he looked at the veins that ran down from her eyes

"Scared?" She questioned as the woman's screams started fading out as Damien gutted her

Before he could answer a hand was shoved in his chest as she dove into his neck and drank from him

The pulsing in her gums reducing with each gulp

There was no point in trying to stop as she knew she didn't have the resolve too so she drank as her hand remained in his chest wriggling it around to cause him discomfort

She pulled out her hand and looked as his body fell to the floor with his eyes rolled back

She looked at her hands as the heart did it's final beat

Clara looked at Cairo and moaned as she saw him stand beside the dismantled being

What a psychotic pair

Clara thought giggling

Present

"We need to go Rosa I don't know how many more are coming " Damien said pulling me out of the flashback I received

The second one today

"I'll explain when we are safe" Damy said as he walked around grabbing things and shoving into a bag

I picked up myself from the floor and vamp sped myself to his room and cleaned up as quick as I could as there was blood on my face and hands

Settling for one of his black fluffy socks, black shirts which could suffice as a dress and a sweater I stepped out

"Let's go" Damy said picking her up and walking out into the woods quickly changing to his wolf

He looked at me expectantly And I knew what he wanted but I couldn't agree to it

He walked towards me and nudged my toes with his nose pointing to his back but I shook my head in defiance

He let out a growl of frustration and tried pushing me towards his back but it didn't work out for him

He finally looked at me with pleading eyes and I couldn't help but give in

"Just do you know I'm not wearing underwear " I said snarling as I say on his huge ass wolf once he crouched down

The wolf let out something that seemed like a chuckle and took off into the woods

I felt a sense of familiarity at this but quickly the feeling disappeared as quickly as it appeared

Damian ran for hours until we reached a certain point in the forest and he stopped

I came down from him and looked around hopping to see at least a hint at where we are but was met with nothing

Damiens large wolf trotted behind a tree and came out less than a minute later with clothes on

"Where are we?" I questioned confused

"When we are safe I'll explain" he repeated

All I could think of was how earlier we were kissing and happy and now we are in the middle of no where in the early hours of the morning

And I don't know why but I trusted him entirely

"Please close your eyes" he said calmly

"Why" I questioned

"Please Lia" he said so softly I couldn't deny

I did as he said and closed my eyes and suddenly I felt the air flow freely like there was once a force not allowing it to

Curiosity burned at me and I wanted to open my eyes badly but chose not too as I wanted to trust my mate

"You can open your eyes now" and as soon as the words left his lips

I opened my eyes and my lips dropped at the sight before me

"The fudge" I said bewildered

"Welcome to my home" he said smiling at me but i could see the twinge of sadness in his eyes and walked towards him to hold his hands
