The next week passed quickly as I didn't have to have any face to face interactions with Dallas. I didn't have to go to training as their were never any media there and instead devoted my time to working out ways on how he could improve his social media looks and reaching out to companies that could become sponsors for the team that actually cared about the planet.

"Glad to see that you are taking this seriously honey" My ma came up behind me and placed a kiss on the top of my head as I sat at my desk on my laptop.

"Well I know how important the team is to dad so I don't mind helping out" I shrug at her, that was the truth. The only reason I put effort into it was because it could affect my dad's career.

"You know they have a game tonight right?"

I rolled my eyes at my ma and held up my phone that had notifications with what events and things I had to do today. She simply laughed at me and walked out of my room, closing the door behind her.

The rest of the day I spent brainstorming ideas and before I knew it I had to start getting ready for the game.

I had showered earlier that day and couldn't be bothered to have another one so I simply walked over to my closet and tried to find an outfit for the game.

Just as I put in a pair of earrings my bedroom door opened and slammed against the wall.

"Fuck me you look hot" The loud voice of Indigo filled my room and I turned around to grin at her. I was dragging her along to the game with me so that I didn't have to sit by myself like a loner for an hour and a half.

"As do you babe" She winks at me and blows a kiss before walking over the mirror to mess with her hair before we go.

"Let's go" I walk out and she follows behind me as we make out way out and to the cars.

She was driving us as my parents had to go early being the coach and physio of the team and I can't drive.

"Do you have your brace on?" I rolled my eyes at her and turned the music up to drown her out. I swear she is worse than my mother when it comes to my injuries.

She is always making sure I take my pain killers, I'm not walking too far blah blah blah.

"I'm going to take that as a no. Honestly girly you are going to be injured for longer if you keep not wearing it"

"I'm healed so I'm fine" I shrug and she just clicks her tongue and rolls her eyes at me.

It didn't take long before we pulled up to Centre Bell, the home of the Montreal Canadiens.

We got out of the car and made it in through the back entrance, we were early enough that we had beaten the crowds but the teams were warming up on the ice.

Indigo walked towards our seats which were right on the front of the ice, thanks to having the last name Brenton we always got the best seats in the house. Indigo was far more of a hockey fan than I was so my parents always let her sit in the best seats when she came to watch a game.
