Daryl
It was night by the time we made it back from the trip. Michonne drives the car right to the gate entering the courtyard. Michonne stops the car, just as Tyreese opens the backdoor.
"Sasha? How's Sasha?" He asks.
"I don't know. I'm sorry." Rick shakes his head. I look around and noticed piles upon piles of walker bodies lying on the ground. Looks like they took down part of the fence.
"Boy, get in there. We got this." I tell Tyreese. I climbed out of the passenger seat and turn to Rick. He nods his head and turns away. I almost found it odd that he just didn't say much after. Still, I shook it off and walked to the trunk, grabbing the bags.

It was the following morning. Tyreese and I had been taking out bodies, burying them and all for everyone. It seems whatever Hershel did, the medicine was working. I've heard people have been bouncing back pretty quick.
I'm happy to help out as much as I can, in any way that I can. The only thing I felt missing was Mer. I haven't seen her in a day, haven't even seen her since we got back last night. All I could think about was her helping Hershel and the others get better. She's a hard worker around here. Cares for the people. Puts people before herself than anything. It's a nice gesture. But at times, I'd wish she'd just slow down and relax. She's always on the move, Meredith.
Ty and I climbed out of the truck and we meet Hershel.
"How's Glenn doing?" Ty asks.
"He made it through the night." Hershel nods. "He's breathing on his own now. Maggie and Bob are with him. He seems stable enough for me to get some air." I nodded my head.
"He's a tough son of a bitch." I say.
"He is." Hershel agrees.
"You're a tough son of a bitch." I point at him. A smile pulls at the corner of his mouth and he nods.
"I am." He says and moves his feet.
"How about Mer?" I ask. "She up in A block helping the others?" I ask. Hershel stops and turns back to me.
"No. Talk to Rick about her." He says. I furrow my brows at his words. I rose my hand up, blocking the sun out of my face to get a better look at his face to see what the hell he meant by that. "She's okay, just talk to him."
I spotted Rick in the fields with Carl, working away. Rick turns his head and he spots me standing in the front gate. He turns to Carl, patting his back before he makes his way over to me. I began walking down the gravel pathway, meeting him halfway.
"Hershel told me to talk to you about Mer." I say. "She alright?" I ask. Rick looks down, inhaling deeply.
"Not here." He says quietly. He walks passed me. I turn around and held a stare with the back of his head, wondering what he was hiding already. I picked up my feet and followed after him. We enter inside our cell block and we walk through the dining area. Rick continues on, walking up the stairs and he stops right at our cell. He turns to me and stares, but he doesn't say anything. I glance inside the cell, immediately noticing something off about the cell. All I noticed was my things.
My heart begins pounding in my chest. It was mostly outta anger, with a little bit of fear. I chewed on the side of my cheek, bouncing my knee and slowly turning to him. Rick nods his head, looking down. He opens his mouth and begins explaining Mer's exact location.
"She did it. She killed Karen and David." He says. I shook my head.
"Nah. I don't believe that bullshit." I growl.
