Hongjoong
He only watched as Minho stepped back, trying to get a decent distance between them. "You must be out of your mind. Threatening me?" Hongjoong hummed amused and twirled the other king's sword between the tips of his fingers.
"Not at all. You used dirty tricks to get where you are right now. You might have officially gained the "right" to take Seonghwa with you, but now I do also see it as my duty to punish you for your wrong doings in my kingdom."
He wiggled his eyebrows, amused to no end it seemed. Minho scoffed and raised his hands to use a simple spell to get his sword back. "Let us fight then. No rules." Hongjoong chuckled dryly. "Just as I like it. Show me what you got."
Minho tapped his sword to the ground, mumbling a spell to it, while watching as Hongjoong acquired a sword of his own. Hongjoong used this opportunity to kneel at the window to Yeosang's chamber. He slid the window open and leaned inside to get a hold of the situation.
"How's he doing?", he looked down at the makeshift bed that Yeosang has assembled for his second patient. "Hongjoong! Are you mad?", Yeosang glared at him from his position next to Yunho. "A little bit, but that isn't new." He raised his eyebrow and searched the room for Seonghwa.
The fae sat close, but not close enough to get in the way of Yeosang. He was facing the ground, not saying anything. "You also did not answer my question." Yeosang scoffed. "He'll live. But he does need a good rest. Fortunately, no internal bleeding. Satisfied?" Hongjoong nodded. "Very. What about you?"
He could tell by the way Seonghwa's wings jerked lightly behind him that he knew he was talking to him. Seonghwa slowly rose his face, too slow for Hongjoong's liking, and locked eyes with the king. "Why are you doing this?"
Hongjoong shrugged, as if he wouldn't know the answer. "You said you wanted to stay." Seonghwa dropped his head again, much to Hongjoong's disliking. "That is not a good enough reason to start a war." Hongjoong hummed as if he would consider his words, which he didn't actually had to think about. "Good enough for me I guess."
He turned his head to look back at Minho, who was still focused on his sword, but it wouldn't take him much longer to prepare. Hongjoong turned back, face to face to Seonghwa now. He didn't back up, just looked into his eyes for a second.
Seonghwa huffed and pulled him closer by the collar, his lips on Hongjoong's just for a few sweet seconds, but Hongjoong enjoyed them, nonetheless. Seonghwa backed up, just enough so their lips still touched when he spoke.
"Was that a good luck kiss?" Seonghwa hummed, not breaking eye contact. "That was more like a don't you dare die kiss. Because after all this I might be the one killing you for your stupid behavior. You are the worst, Hongjoong."
