Chapter 15

Karry grinned and nudged Kang Wen softly, "Didn't you say you wanted a hot guy? Jason's quite hot."

Roy shot him a look, "Bro, you interested in men now?"

Karry scowled, "Shut it."

Jason merely chuckled as he slowly scanned the four new faces in front of him. His eyes landed on Kang Wen a tad bit longer before he quickly moved on to Jackson.

His eyes narrowed slightly but quickly went back to normal as he checked out Roy and Karry who were currently bickering.

As usual.

Kang Wen put on a fake smile and gestured for Jason, Ron and Ran to sit down with them.

"Come, you guys are new so we could show you around." Kang Wen chirped and pulled Jason to sit down beside her.

"I don't know why but I feel the need to get closer to Jason and troop. They're hiding something...something not good. Something bad but what?" Kang Wen mumbled to herself.

She was spending her remaining break time in the girls toilet, staring at her reflection in the huge toilet mirror.

She'd left the three new students with Karry, Roy and Jackson.

"Jason. Jason. Jason." Kang Wen snapped her fingers repeatedly as she leaned against the sink.

"There's something but my brain isn't clicking." she growled under her breath, scrunching her eyebrows in concentration.

The bell signaling for end of break sounded, meaning Kang Wen had to get out of the toilet and get to class.

Of course, peace could never follow Kang Wen around thus she was met with trouble.

Trouble spelling A-M-B-E-R.

"Hey there, new girl." Amber clicked her tongue. She pushed herself from the wall she'd just been leaning on.

Apparently, she's been waiting for a long time for Kang Wen.

"What do you want, Amber?" Kang wen asked, backing away.

"You took an awful long time in there. You have constipation or something?" Amber smirked.

Kang Wen scowled, "What I have is none of your business. What do you want with me?"

Amber rolled her eyes, "Chill babe."

"Don't call me babe, sweetheart. Because trust me, I will do things to you that you have never imagined I could do." Kang Wen growled, narrowing her eyes angrily. She really wasn't in the mood to play around with a bully like Amber.

Fear flickered across Amber's features for a moment before it was replaced by the ever familiar smugness.

"Whatever. Anyway, I have a question to ask of you."

"And that is?"

"Who's the three hot boys? Especially the one with the cold eyes and beautiful hair and hot body and-" Amber was swooning by now and Kang Wen quickly interrupted her.

"I get it. I get it. You're talking about Jason?"

"Is that his name?" Amber continued swooning.

"Yes." Kang Wen was getting irritated. She frowned, "So what is it that you want? Spit it out already!" she cried angrily.

Amber rolled her eyes before she leaned in closer and whispered, "I need your help."

Kang Wen scoffed, "Amber needs my help? Oh god, the world is upside down now."
