✘Chapter Thirty One✘

My birthday fr be I'm 9 days lol

The blonde slowly got off his bed, trying to be careful with his movements in hopes he didn't scare the freckle teen awake.
He seemed to be working, until he tripped on one of the greenette's damn ass shoes and fell on top of Izuku himself, waking him up by accident.

"Oomf!"

"Damn nerd leaving your shoes all over the fucking pla.... "

Katsuki trailed off, hearing sniffles coming from under him.

"I-I'm sorry.... "

Midoriya whimpered out, squeezing one of his arms from under the blonde and whipping his tears the best he could.

Shit, here he was having a horrible nightmare and the blonde stupiditly yelled at him.

Because your an evil ass-hole, who only cares about himself!

"Hey?"
"I-It's ok,  you're ok I promise."
"I'm just a cranky ass-hole, so no need to cry ok?"

"I couldn't save him."
"I failed."

Izuku muttered, his emerald eyes looking up at Katsuki.

The blonde gulped

"Who... Who couldn't you save?"

Katsuki slowly backed up, as Midoriya sat up.
He was still shaking a little.

"I-I don't know."
"I just know he was important!"

Bakugo quickly noticed the greenette scratching harshly at his wrist,

"H-Hey?"

Katsuki whispered, slowly taking the greenette's hands into his own.

"I'm sure it was just a fucked up dream. "
"You didn't fail anyone, ok?"

"B-But... "

"But what?"

The greenette looked off to the side, and mumbled a quick 'never mind'

"I-It's stupid."

Katsuki rolled his eyes, and with out a second thought pulled Midoriya into a gentle hug, forgetting just for a moment that Izuku couldn't even remember him.

"It's not stupid, you fucking nerd."
"Just start talking. "

"I-.... "

The freckle teen paused, for a couple of reasons, one because he was just trying to find away to explain the feeling that has been bruing inside him since he woke up. Two because Katsuki was running his fingers through his green hair and it was making him feel some sort of way....

"Izuku?"

Right he was supposed to be talking.

"Every since I've woken up, I have this gut feeling.... like I'm forgetting something?"
"Or someone important.... "

"I-I don't know.... "

Bakugo sucked in a breath, but didn't comment.

"I'm sure what ever it is you'll eventually remember, it's not worth stressing yourself out at the moment, alright nerd?"

"But what if it is a person?"
"And they're hurt?"
"What if by the time I get my memories back, I lose them??"

Wow.
Even with amnesia, he still cares about a villain like you.

"Tch, You're not gonna lose them."
"You just had a bad dream, I can promise if it is a person then they're already safe and will patiently wait for you. "
"Ok?"

"Yeah... you're probably right... "

"I'm always right."
"Now go back to sleep. "

Midoriya let out a small laugh,

"I can tell you're gonna be a handful huh?"

He lightly teased, earning a chuckle from Bakugo.

"You bet your ass, now sleep. "

The blonde went to stand up, bug he was quickly stopped by the greenette himself.

"Where are you going!?"

"Uhh to my bed??"

Katsuki lazily pointed over to his side.

"C-Can you... can you stay here until I fall asleep?"

The blonde thought about mentioning they'd still be in the same room even if he went over to his bed, but he decided against it. After all the greenette was asking for him specifically!! That has to mean something right?

Yeah, it means there's no other person around him but you. 

And if you choose to stay, you'll practically be taking advantage of him!

'How the fuck would I be-'

Because he doesn't remember anything you guys had, you're a stranger to him.
He's asking you to stay with him, because he's scared but you have alternative motives.

'What the fuck ever!'
'If I don't stay, then you'll call me an ass-hole, so either way I lose. "
"So shut the fuck up for a moment!'

"Bakugo?"

God he hated hearing his last name come out of the freckle boy's mouth.
He knew in his younger middle school days, he would of been cheering that the stupid nickname was finally no where to be heard.
But now..... He would sell his whole soul just to hear it once again.

Katsuki looked over at his bed one last time, before officially making up his mind.

"Yeah nerd, I'll stay."

He'll deal with whatever that stupid voice has to say tomorrow.
For tonight he'll enjoy the nerd pulling him down to snuggle.
Even if it means more to him then Midoriya.
