When the two walked outside, they saw Charles waiting for them. Erik stood before Charles and  suddenly handed him a gun, which somehow went unnoticed by Laura.

"Oh, i didn't know playing Russian Roulette was part of training" She sarcastically said, as she watched Charles point the gun at Erik's head.

"Are you sure?" Charles asked nervously, as he pulled back the safety clip.

"I'm sure" Erik replied confidently. Charles then took a deep breathe, and placed his hand on the trigger. Laura could see Charles' hand start to shake, and watched as he quickly pulled the gun away.

"No. No, i can't. I'm sorry. I can't shoot anybody point blank, let alone a friend" The professor stressed.

"Oh, come on. You know i can deflect it. You're always telling me i should push myself" Erik pointed out, pointing the gun back at his head once again.

"Erik, if you know that you can deflect it then you're not really pushing yourself. A bullet is small, and with enough practice you can deflect it. But you've already mastered that. What you need to do is try to move something bigger. Like that over there" She said, pointing at the satellite dish.

"She's right, you need to challenge yourself. Whatever happened to the man who was, who was trying to raise a submarine?" Charles asked, causing Laura to raise her brows up in surprise and Erik to scoff.

"What? I can't. Something that big? I-I need the situation, the anger..." Erik started to say, as Charles cut him off.

"No, the anger's not enough" Charles dismissed.

"Well, it's gotten the job done all this time" Erik huffed.

"Anger can only get you so far, Erik. Anger can make things worse, instead of fixing it" Laura stated, feeling that familiar guilt rise in her chest. Laura decided to let the two be, and went to work with Alex. Charles had showed her where to take Alex to practice, which happened to be a bunker.

"Charles told me that his step-father took the possibility of nuclear war quite seriously...that's why he had this bunker built down here. So, he thought we could use it to practice" Laura explained, as she turned on the lights and set up a mannequin at the other end.

"You don't think I'm gonna blow through the walls?" Alex asked nervously.

"From what i gather, this bunker was built to withstand a nuclear bomb. I'm sure it can handle you, darlin" She chuckled, as the two walked back near the entrance.

"You know, when i do this, bad things tend to happen" The two stopped walking, and Laura turned to him.

"That's because you haven't been taught to control it yet. But that's about to change, i will help you along with Charles and you'll be able to control it in no time. I have faith in you, Alex. It's time you have faith in yourself" She smiled, giving him a reassuring smile. Alex took a deep breathe, and nodded with a smile.

"Well, if you're serious about me doing this. You might want to step back, and i don't care if you can heal" He warned, causing Laura to raise her hands up and walked out of the bunker shutting the doors.

Not long after, the woman heard a large banging sound and the buzzer went off. Opening the doors, she was met with rings of fire around the whole bunker.

"Well, shit" She mumbled to herself, and quickly grabbed the fire extinguisher to get rid of the fire.

"I will teach you to control this, Alex" She said, as she continued trying to put out the fires. After that, the two went and found the others and saw Sean wearing what looked be wings. Laura moved to look outside the window, and watched Sean sit on the ledge. The woman tensed up, when she felt someone's hand on her lower back but quickly relaxed when she knew who it was.
