"Ms. Greece I'm here to inform you-holy shit is that a hickey?!" Heaven squealed, breaking into a wide smile.

I turned to Salem who didn't spare Heaven a glance. She acknowledged her by nodding her head yes, placing her attention back onto her documentation. I smirked leaning back in my chair admiring Salem's straightforward nature.

"Status report?" Salem finally spoke.

Heaven stiffened, her smile dropping. "We've taken notice of suspicious activity regarding Viola ma'am. She's been conversing with Malcolm since he has returned into our custody. She's been at his bedside and from what I've heard from Daria she suspects her envy is feeding into Malcolm's anger. I wouldn't doubt if she's trying to get on his good side in order to get in touch with Denver. Her humiliation has fueled her desire to destroy everything we stand for."

Salem lifted her head to glare into Heaven's soul, my heart beating at the intensity of said glare. I bit my lip observing Salem's jaw clench. Her voice is low and silky "Bring her to me." she ordered.

Heaven broke into a smile, she happily complied to the order skipping out the room to do as Salem said. Salem's eyes held a glint of amusement but it quickly got taken over by a blaze of aggravation. She turned to me and let out a sigh. "I feel like a rockstar who is getting harassed by an annoying internet groupie."

I let out a chuckle, rolling my eyes at her attempt at lightheartedness for my sake. "So, what are we going to do?"

"You'll get to handle this one darling." Salem replies, a lazy smile on her face. "I'm sure you have no reservations on the matter, you already see her as a pest as do I. If I were to be the one to act she'll see it as finally gaining my attention and I'd rather not feed into her delusion."

I laughed. "Fine by me. It's interesting how easily her heart can be swayed and that she chose Malcolm of all people. It was smart on her part to engage with him during a moment of weakness. He'll be more than willing to help her get back at us."

Salem leaned back in her chair and scoffed. "Darling, almost everyone's heart can be swayed if the feelings weren't real to begin with. I'm surprised Viola has withheld acting up till now. You're right though she's got half a brain to jump ship into the opportunity that presented itself. Malcolm wouldn't have acknowledged her in any other interaction had he not been as battered and humiliated as he is currently."

"Do you believe that it's possible for more members to be swayed? To join Malcolm's side?" The question dries my throat, I don't want to believe in Denver gaining more of a following because of Malcolm blabbings.

"No." Salem confidently replies. "Viola's act of defiance mirrors Malcolm's." Salem shrugs "it's no wonder how quickly they became companions. They want what they can't have. They believe they are more competent and superior and Denver loves people like that. Their minds are ripe enough to turn rotten."

"I guess my only choice is to use her just like she's using Malcolm. Whether I hurt her or not another body right now doesn't seem right. The mole is our priority, not Viola."

"Unless we find someone else to do the job while we figure out the mole situation."

"What do you mean?" Salem's smile rendered me speechless, the mischievousness in it sent me into a trance.

Salem's smirk turns into a soft smile. "How about you gather what you want to do when she's in front of you and determine the best course of action from there. I have a few things in mind after this situation has been dealt with."

"Alright, you did say we'd need to work on our feet so I'll just take it as one of those moments." I say, smiling.

Salem's loving eyes took me by surprise, she noticed and her smile grew a little bigger. "I love you. I'm proud of you. And I'm grateful to have you by my side." I crossed my arms about to argue that she doesn't have to say this but she rolls her eyes. " Yeah, yeah I know but I want to verbalize my thoughts." Salem says, opening her arms wide for me to leap into them.
