Walking down I see that it is a formal gathering I grip Clint's hand tightly "I feel so out of place here can't we just go back to the room?" He laughs and kisses my cheek "no come be a Stark let your hair down why don't you go talk to Shuri as I get us a drink?" I glare at him " I can't drink idiot I'm pregnant!" We hear a laugh looking to see T'Challa "they are nonalcoholic my child now come I must introduce you to my mother," I nod and take his arm as Clint walks to get us drinks. "Mother I would like to introduce you to Charlotte Stark, she shall be staying here a while to upgrade the security and check her bloods." I curtesy "Queen Ramonda, it is an honour to be welcomed into your home, however my name is Charlotte Brock." She simply smiles and gestures to me to rise. "My child the pleasure is mine anything to help people now please go and enjoy the celebrations." I nod as Clint comes over holding out his hand leading me to a table we sit down.
"Would you like me to go get you something to eat baby or care to dance?" I shake my head I feel like if I eat anything I will just bring it back up, I would rather sit and just watch. I feel a hand placed on mine looking I see Clint looking at me lovingly ensuring that I am ok. "I am fine sweetheart go enjoy yourself, you are more than welcome to dance and drink." He shakes his head "no baby I don't want to leave you sitting alone," he just finished as Shuri came over "she's not alone I'm here and going to be talking about science." I laugh as Clint looked at me for permission before going to join T'Challa and Bruce. "So what do you want to talk about?" I look confused at Shuri "oh come to my lab tomorrow I want to see what your results are and my brother and mother is not letting me look at them without you." I giggle and look at her "let's go now there is to many smells that is playing with my nose." She squeals and grabs my hand as we both run to the lab.
We walk into the lab and over to the computer "ok I need you to put this hat on, I know it looks stupid but it will recognise your brainwaves, also I need your blood." I smile and hold out my hand for the hat which I place on as she gets a needle "ready?" I look at her and flinch "nope can we do this then deal with the blood, I'm not good with needles." She nods and starts her tests which includes memory speed and others, once finish I stare at her as she has a complex look on her face "wow just wow your IQ level is extremely high, I can see you have Photographic memory, autistic, Hyperthymesia, Eidetic memory." I stare at her baffled "yet I continue to do stupid things," we both laugh "well you are still human after all but that explains how you got into the security easily you seen me doing it." She smiles then looks down. "We still got to do your bloods to see what they injected you with," I look at her terrified as I have a phobia of needles.
"Shuri, Charlotte what are you two doing in here why are you not at the party?" T'Challas voice came from behind us causing me to jump and become anxious "I'm so sorry King T'Challa it was my idea to come I was feeling sick so I suggested doing the tests tonight when everyone else was busy," I started to fidget as I seen Shuri glare at her brother "we are causing no harm brother here are the results on the brain test I haven't done the blood as she started to feel nauseous." He simply nodded at Shuri and looked at the results then me "makes sense why she is incredibly smart and Bruce has sent a blood sample, but looks like she's the intelligent Stark." I glare at him "I do not mean to sound rude however I was not raised by Starks nor did I have any private education." He nodded as Shuri gasped causing us to turn round to look at her.
Turning I see Clint smiling down on his knee, he was clearly drunk "Charlie be mine." Is all he said before I looked at Okoye for help "come master Clint you have had a little to much." I giggled as he stubbles to his feet and makes his way to me "I may be drunk but I know I want to spend the rest of my life with my angel." I smile and kiss his cheek "ask me again in the morning honey now go get some sleep." He groaned taking my hands looking in my eyes and gives a wink "only if you come with me," I look at Shuri "yeah come see me tomorrow to go over the blood results," I smile and nod "then can we go home I have a Halloween party I need to prepare for?" Shuri smiles and nods as does T'Challa as I excuse myself and Clint before heading to bed.
Once in the room Clint immediately pulls me in kissing me passionately, I couldn't taste any alcohol on him so I push him away. "What's up little hawk?" He kisses down my neck causing me to moan. "No stop, you where just pretending to be drunk and where you kidding when you ask me to marry you?" Tears forming at my eyes, he looks at me before pulling me in holding me tight "I could see you where uncomfortable baby sorry I went about it stupidly now let's get some sleep I text Eddie saying we will be home tomorrow depending results, also I would love to marry you later down the line my angel." I smile and nod as I get undressed and place on his T-shirt as he sleeps in his boxers before he pulls me in and I fall asleep on his chest.
Waking the next morning to Clint's arm running up and down my side "morning baby," I look up before pushing off him and running to the bathroom and start being sick "I got you honey, I got you," he holds my hair and rubs my back "all done?" I look at him and nod as he dampens a cloth and cleans my face and gives me mouthwash "thank you baby." He smiles and kisses my head as we get ready head to the lab. "Hey Shuri any news?" She points to the screen I pull Clint over to it "well that's interesting I expected that due to the serum but so much is out of sorts." Clint stares at me then at the results.

"Well my dear Clint, most are in a healthy range except I use more strength and brain than most, my basophils count is high because of the serums hydra gave me and iron I haven't a clue," I smile and kiss his cheek as he pulls me in "so what was it Bruce couldn't figure out?" I look down avoiding eye contact as Shuri gave him the results of the previous day. "That's all well and good but what couldn't Bruce figure out?" I snuggle into him "it was carnage a unknown symbiote mixed with venom caused it to be untraceable." I smile and look at him as T'Challa walked in with Tony and Eddie.
"What I want to know is how do you know carnage?" I look at them all and work out a exit in my head but Clint holds me tighter nodding at me that it was ok that they will understand, "hydra it got me through the serums and torture healing me enough to keep me alive but not enough for them to know that I could heal, I was the original host then when it sensed venom and Eddie it left." I look down as Clint pulled me in "it was protecting my child as I absorbed the fire." My face went white as I turned to Eddie "is it connected to my baby." Panic in my voice until venom came out "no my child we have gotten it all out." I sighed with relief and hug Clint as he pulls me in "wow sis your results are impressive, you sure you don't want to join us?" I shake my head "no I do however wish to thank Shuri and T'Challa for welcoming me and helping me also Shuri coding is in the folder, also the solider information now can we go home so I can bake and cook for the Halloween party."
