( Old description ) i apologize if this is a messy song, as i myself am a mess of wanting closure. this isn't my best, but i thought that it'd be therapeutic to not bottle in what i'm feeling, because it's a lot, and write a song . . . because that's what i do; write a song, when in heartbreak.
i have questions. i need closure.
1ST VERSE:
Maybe it's crazy
Call me insane
To love this way
But I still think about you
All night and day
You swore you wouldn't go away
But you did anyways
And I feel betrayed
PRE-CHORUS:
I thought we survived the great war
How could I forget?
All that occurred before
CHORUS:
I have questions
Oh, you know I do
After all we've been through
You left so soon
After so long, I'm still blue
I have questions
Oh, you know I do
I deserve to know the truth
2ND VERSE:
Don't you think, I deserve closure
Do you agree, we're still not over?
Cause if we were
I wouldn't prepare for the worse
Don't you dare disappear
And reappear, whenever you feel like it
Can't you spare, a minute?
I love you, but this is bullshit
PRE-CHORUS:
I thought we survived the great war
How could I forget?
All that occurred before
CHORUS:
I have questions
Oh, you know I do
After all we've been through
You left so soon
After so long, I'm still blue
I have questions
Oh, you know I do
I deserve to know the truth
BRIDGE:
You're all I ever wanted
Now, you've left me haunted
While I'm in depths of despair
I found out you're still out there
And choose not to reach out
When you still could now
I don't want to believe
I'm someone you've forgotten
And could live without
You don't need me
But I still need you around
I have questions
Won't you answer them now?
CHORUS: ( repeat again )
I have questions
Oh, you know I do
After all we've been through
You left so soon
After so long, I'm still blue
I have questions
Oh, you know I do
I deserve to know the truth
