Epilogue One

Tyler's P.O.V

- About five years later -

"Tyler I'm home!" James yells as he comes through the front door into our apartment, "Hey, how was today?" I ask going up to him and wrapping my arms around his neck and giving him a kiss.

"It was fine, Dad finally let me move into my own office," he says and kisses me back.

Me and James have been dating for almost five years now, after my surgery he basically babysat me every day until I recovered.

The recovery this time went way better, but then fall came around and he was off to Harvard Law School. All those early law college courses his parents made him take starting his sophomore year of high school came in handy and he was able to graduate after only a year.

Soon after he started at his parent's firm, last year we moved in together in a cute little apartment.

About a month after our accident Felix started his police training and is now one of Dad's officers, he has a girlfriend whos also a cop she may also happen to be his partner. Greyson is now a fireman and he and Dana are still dating, I suspect we'll be going to a wedding in the near future.

Addison is going to school to become a teacher, she's still single seeing as she can't seem to get over Clara. Finn is the assistant coach for the high school's football team, he and Sam broke it off when she went to school.

Dallas is in his first year of college and he and Clayton are still dating and going to the same school.

When Oscar said he was going to stay single for as long as he could he really meant it, even with him in college he still has yet to find anyone for him. Paxton never dropped out of school, he met a girl named Carmen and decided school wasn't so bad he even went to college.

Brooklyn and that boy who moved in next door seemed to work out much against Chris and Daniel's silent pleas. He turned out to be kind of a bad boy you could say, with his leather jacket, motorcycle, skipping class, and things like that. Luckily he never did anything illegal or Daniel definitely would have shut them down.

After graduating high school Vivi thought long and hard about what she should do. She didn't want to go to college, and said she was tired of school. She ended up becoming a 9-1-1 operator so she kind of works with Dad, Felix, and Greyson. She and Landon are still together, I suspect we'll also be going to their wedding soon. Landon is going to school to become a brain surgeon, I know the guy who needs brain surgery is going to be performing it.

"Really, he finally let you become a big boy?" I ask pulling away, "I know it's about time, I think he's going to miss us being in the same office though," he says and heads off to our bedroom and I follow.

"So how'd work go today?" he asks taking off his suit jacket, "It's a little crazy with all the paperwork for Lilly to retire and get the building and all put into my name," I sigh running my hand through my hair.

I also didn't go to college, didn't really need to I knew where my future was going. Lilly has always said she sees me like a daughter and that when she was ready to retire and quit the business it was going to go to me. Now the time has come, she's going to retire this year and so now we're trying to get all the proper paperwork done so I'll own Lillys Boutique. It'll keep it's name, I could never change it that feels like taking Lilly away forever and that's not what I want to do.

"Tyler?" James asks his back still facing me as he digs in his pocket, "Yeah?"

He turns and is suddenly down on one knee holding a little open box with a ring inside of it, "I knew since the day I saw you that I wanted to marry you, and I know that is a very cliché thing to say but, will you marry me?" the tears well up in my eyes and I have no idea what to say.
