Ok guys I know y'all want a chapter on this and I'm going to do it soon but I wanted to writ this about bullying now I was bullied for 4 years but it wasn't exstream that I wanted to cutt or anything like that and I have been getting alot of text messages from my friends from my old school and in FB and there asking me How To Stop a Bully?"well u can't just run away from the bully but there is one thing u can do Speak Up go to ur teacher, Mom, Older Brother,Older Sister any body who's around u even ur best friend.Or u can. Fight Back! if speaking up doesn't help and when that bully comes to bully u and he pushes u jn a locker or punches u don't stand down stand up and push him and punch him don't let him win and u lose make u the winner and he is the loser Trust Me it will change ur life if u speak up or even fight back it changed me now my bully is scared of me and he gang and my friends are all shocked u would be surprised how it can make a difference
