"YOU READY, Stelie?" Amást — Åstelieha's childhood bestfriend — asked the girl as they stood side by side. "Been ready my whole life." She responded, grinning at the girl. A metkayina came over to her and Amàst, handing the two girls their fire sticks.

Åstelieha danced her heart out, the girl doing many different spins and flips. Half way through the dance, all the other dancers let the stage, leaving Åstelieha to do the part she had been working up to her whole life.

She handed the fire sticks over to Amàst as she handed Åstelieha the bow and arrow — the arrow being on fire. Neteyam was confused as he watched her do a handstand, his eyes widening slightly as the bow and arrow somehow ended up on her feet.

"What is she doing?" Neteyam whispered to Tsireya, noticing her and her brother had now joined his side. Tsireya simply grinned at the boy, looking back towards her sister. Suddenly, a skimwing arose from the water behind her, a target placed hooked around its stomach. Åstelieha hit bull eyes on the target, cheers and chants were heard from the crowd. Åstelieha couldn't take the smile off of her face as she walked over to her parents, Aonung and Rotxo.

"You did good, little sister." Aonung grinned, ruffling his sisters hair, making her roll her eyes as her hand shot up to sort it out, "The one time i don't have braids and you fuck it up." Ronal lightly slapped her daughter around the head, tutting at her for swearing. "I am very proud of you Li. As is your mother and your sister, wherever she is." Tonowari smiled at his eldest daughter. She looked just like her mother. "I'm proud of you too, Telie." Rotxo chimed in, a huge smile present on the boys face. "Thank you Ro. I will be back soon." Tonowari and Ronal noticed how their son was giving a death stare to Neteyam, the boy watching as his sister went over to him. "Aonung, stop it." Ronal scolded her son, the boy rolling his eyes before walking away with Rotxo following close behind.

"I see the hand stayed on." Neteyam smirked, referring to the hand print he done. Åstelieha chuckled, averting her eyes elsewhere. She felt nervous under his stare. "Do I make you nervous, Stelie?" He whispered, teasing the girl. "Shut up." She grumbled as a laugh escaped his body.

"Where did you learn to shoot a arrow like that?" Neteyam seriously questioned, referring to the fire stunt she had just done. "I've been doing it for years but nobody knew about it. I only showed my family that I could do it a few weeks ago." Neteyam hummed in response, the pair walking to a quieter part of the village. They walked in a comfortable silence, the sound of the music and laughter now becoming faint. "I love the sea at night." Åstelieha softly spoke, a laugh erupting from her body as she grabbed his hand, dragging him into the water.

Neteyam laughed along with her, glad to hear her laugh once again. He often seen her in a serious mindset, not many smiles. But it seemed when she was with him, she smiled a lot more. They chased each other around in the shallow end of the water, Neteyam finally catching her as she grabbed her waist, their faces inches apart. Åstelieha swallowed harshly, she could hear her heart beat all around her body as she tried to pull her eyes away from his lips. But she couldn't.

He brushed the fallen hair out of her face, his eyes scanning over her face, the boy was desperate for something. Anything to hint that she could possibly feel the same way. "Can I kiss you?" Neteyam breathed out his eyes nervously going from her eyes to her lips. "Yes." Neteyam, caressed her cheek, leaning in for the kiss. It was soft but passionate. And it was very short lived.

"Åstelieha!" Her brother shouted, in search for the girl. Åstelieha quickly pulled away, her eyes widening. "Teyam you have to go, my brother will kill you if he knew I was with you on my own." She urged for the boy to leave, giving him one final kiss to reassure him that he wasn't just a stupid kiss before he swam away.

"Ah there you are. How come you are not with everyone else?" Aonung questioned his twin sister as she walked out of the water. "You know me Aonung, I go where my mind takes me." Åstelieha halted beside Aonung as he sat down on the sand, patting the space beside him. Åstelieha slowly sat down, suspicious of her brother. "What have you done?" She asked, squinting her eyes at him slightly as a shocked look formed on his face. "Huh? Nothing? I am not always doing something wrong Åstelieha." Åstelieha snorted in response but remained quiet, waiting to see what he had to tell her. Aonung opened his mouth to speak, but the words he wanted to come out didn't as he noticed the hand print on her chest.

"Who's hand print is that?"
