Dazais pov

"WAKE UP YOU PICE OF SHIT".

I groaned at the sound of my annoying guard. "Go away slug, I'm trying to sleep".

"We'll if you hadnt stayed up so late you wouldn't be sleeping till noon. And even if I wanted to let you sleep I can't. Mori set up a meeting between the agency and us and you have to attend ". Chuuya kicked me out of my bed so I fell into the floor with a thump.

"Why is the chibi so mean to me"!

Chuuya went over to my closet to pick out the clothes for me to wear as he spoke. "Maybe because you made me lose my job as a royal guard and now have to babysit you".

"It's not my fault all my personal servants quite"!

"Yes it is"! Chuuya grabbed my clothes and threw them at me. "Take a shower then put those on. I'll be back in 15 minutes to check on you".

As Chuuya left I yelled at his back. "I don't need to be checked on like a baby"!

I heard the door slam shut and started getting ready for a shower.

Chuuya was right about the servants. It was my fault they quit. And it is my fault Chuuya had to switch jobs from being a royal guard to being my personal servant and guard.

Chuuya and I grew up together as friends so whenever there is a problem like me not having a personal servant Chuuya is always chosen as a substitute. Sometimes I feel bad for him but at the same time I don't really care.

I got in the shower and washed myself then got into the clothes Chuuya picked out. They were my fancier clothes so I knew the meeting Mori set up was important. After getting dressed I saw I had a few more minutes until Chuuya was going to come back so I grabbed a book and went outside on my balcony. I didn't have a chair out there so I just sat on the railing which was kinda dangerous but I don't really care.

I started reading when I heard the sound of a group of horses coming. I looked down at the village below me and as I thought there was a group of people from the neighboring kingdom riding in.

I tried to strain my eyes to see more in detail who those people were but I couldn't. The only thing I could see was ones head was facing up towards me. They see me.

"You will get better sight of them when they come inside for the meeting you know". I heard a voice behind me.

"Yes but it is always good to know ahead of time who your dealing with". I replied while sliding off the railing to my feet and went back inside. Chuuya was waiting for me in a mix of fancy armor and royal worker wear. And of course his stupid looking hat.

"We'll you would know more if you had actually paid attention when your uncle was telling you last week".

"But I can't pay attention to him that long . He's so borrrring".

Mori was my uncle. After my family was killed Mori took the thrown with his two children and he took me in as his own. It might say on paper that I am his son but I have never seen him as my father.

Chuuya and I went to the great hall were the meeting was taking place and when we got inside there was alredy a group of people there including Mori and his two children Elise and Q.

"Ah there you are dazai. What took you so long to get here"? Mori asked with his sickening fake smile.

"I didn't want to be here".

I felt Chuuya slap my arm telling me to straighten up as Mori chuckled.

"We'll I'm glad you could make it now sit down".
