hey I know some SCPs need particular people but do we really need to label every single d-class labeled? It's annoying as ■■■■ to be assigned this job when they're probably just gonna die tomorrow.
Anyways, I couldn't find much on this kid. No listed relatives, no birth records, no medical history. Just suddenly appeared and got arrested at 15. It's weird, usually I can find at least something but nothing.
Plus, I couldn't find any records of their fingerprints except those from their trial. No blood tests show anything either, it's weird.

I'd like to inform you that SCP testing often benefits from these files and escaped D-Classes are usually tracked with this information. Additionally I am not sure why such information is not public, I will ask around for aid.

-Note: Most bodies were estimated to die around mid day. The building was seemingly a live-in religious compound, which makes it odd to believe D-8602 was capable of causing such chaos. Surely someone would have stopped them or attempted to get help? Also, there is too small of a time frame for them to possibly cause such damage.
D-8602 may have lived there, so their presence might not have been alarming.
I'd like to note they may have got help or there was outside involvement- possibly anomalous.
