Father 404 arc begins now.
==Chapter Start==
404 was busy tampering with...something. That something being the toaster that he managed to nab from the kitchen without Archer catching him. He just kind of slowed down time, grabbed it, and then teleported it into his room while Mordred was busy bothering him about her excellence.
So far, he managed to make a supercomputer, having linked his current body to it as he was studying what changes have come to his body now that he had this new system applied to him. Apparently, he now was partly made by something called "mana," something which was abundant in humans.
It was interesting.
404: 'This was the energy I was feeling from the other servants then... Somewhat off from that Ishtar woman and the blond one that looks identical to her. Along with the pink haired one as well...'
He concentrated, and then, boom, pure mana started to radiate off his hand. He started to spread it across his body, feeling how it started to reinforce it...somehow. Not that he was displeased. At least there was something that he thought was worth his time here.
*knock knock*
404: 'I almost forgot about the pestering girl.'
Shutting the laptop and removing the wires that connected to his bones, he got changed back into his clothes. He opened the door, seeing Mordred there, smiling wildly as she wore her armor.
Mordred: "I'm ready to train, sensei!"
404: 'At least she has the spirit. For now at least.' "Let's get this over with then. I have private things to attend to in my room and I'd rather have this done now."
And so, both walked side by side as 404 looked bored. He didn't need any other pupil besides Error. He was the only one with potential worth tapping into, not mentioning the fact that he enjoyed his company. He was...like a son to him after all.
Fuck, and now he was worried about him again.
404: 'Damn it, this is because you called me your father!'
Shaking off the worries to concentrate on what is currently happening, they soon arrived to the training grounds. It was empty. Perfect for what he had in plan as both stepped in to the giant ring in the center.
404: "Alright. Before I start anything, I want to see just how strong you are. I want you to come at me with everything you have. If I find you worthy of training, I will do so until you are satisfied or until you break."
Mordred smirked, her armor then covering her before she summoned Clarent and charged at 404. Immediately, he could analyze nearly everything about her. A two handed sword used as a single handed sword, and with how animalistic she was swinging at him, he was sure that she was-
404: He dodged a few punches. "A brawler as well. So, you do not focus on your sword?"
Mordred: "It's only a means to an end. I'm gonna make sure you see that I am worthy!"
404 dodged swing after punch after kick, easily seeing through everything. By the time she came at him, he was already somewhere else, watching how she slowly got madder and madder at the frustration of not being able to land any hits.
Mordred: "Damn it...!"
As her anger increased, a sudden bolt of red electricity came out of her as 404 tiltied his head in curiosity. Similar to before, the mana, though for a short burst, was increasing her physical capabilities. But even then, it wasn't helping her in her quest to get a single hit in.
