Existence outside the Domain: (A+) - The ability that denotes a being that descended from the Void of Outer Space, or beyond the dimension that humanity could comprehend. Foreigner has a strong connection to the Mainframe (the lifeblood of an entire Reality) and other beings from a realm known as the "Transvoid," a realm beyond the Multiverse.

Divinity: (A++) - One connected to the Gods, or a God themself. Foreigner is once called the "God of the Multiverse" and is above other "Gods" such as Error, Ink, King, etc., giving him a high amount of Divinity, that is due to the Mainframe, the lifeblood of an entire Reality beyond the Multiverse itself. And also due to his other connection to other "divine" beings.

Personal Skills

Discernment of the Scientist: (A++) - The instinctive understanding of natural phenomena and all creation, due to an extensive knowledge of the sciences. Foreigner at a young age (a few months old) is considered to be so smart that he solves puzzles created by his own mother, puzzles that no other brilliant scientists were able to answer or solve. At his time being under the name of "404," he was smart enough to solve every "equation" and system of an entire Universe instantly. Even viewing the entire Multiverse as a "chessboard" to him and other anomalies as "NPCs."

Librarian of Stored Knowledge: (A++) - The ability to recall knowledge stored in memory with perfect clarity. Foreigner is easily capable of remembering everything that had happened in his past life, even being 1200+ years old.

Charisma: (B+ (likely A)) - A natural talent to command others. Can also increase the ability of allies during group battles. Foreigner has shown his authority over the entire Multiverse, has commanded the likes of Error and King.M, and was able to convince the likes of Biotale, etc. 

Influencive Authority: (A+) - One's talent to influence and manipulate others. Foreigner is a master manipulator, able to manipulate the entirety of the Multiverse for a great period of time with barely enough to register or know his plans.

Hacker: (A++) - One's skill and talent to hack systems, data, and coded things. Foreigner views the whole Multiverse as a hackable gaming system, and in such, has the capability to "hack" it. He's done this to other structures before, such as the Mainframe. 

Eye of the Mind: (A+) [True] - Heightened insight and observation through experience [True] or a natural-born skill [False]. As long as there is a 0.01% of winning, Foreigner can win any battle due to his intelligence and cunningness.

Noble Phantasms

Blue Mastery "Authority to Another": (A+) - A telekinetic ability that is used by Foreigner, but unlike any other. This one is capable of denying any and all laws of physics, such as stopping and destroying a supermassive black hole, move atoms and matter, alter the mind of others, and much more.

Dark Blasters "The Dragons of Destruction": (A) - Foreigner is capable of summoning a skull of a dragon that is capable of firing a blast that destroys almost anything. He is able to summon as many as he can with little mana cost.

God Ray "Purger of the Divine and the Unknown": (B+) - Foreigner is capable of firing a blast from his fingers. Said blast can kill any being that is considered a Mystery or a Divine being, although this requires a second shot to do so; with the first being able to paralyze anyone with no Divinity or Mystery needed.

Mama's Boy "Fear of the Astral Mother": (A+) - Once this is active, Foreigner's clothing turns from white and blue to black and orange. This induces fear towards his enemy no matter how brave they are.

Fiberglass SOUL "Reflecting the Incoming Pain": (B) - Foreigner can use his Soul to reflect any, and all form of directional attacks.

Pixelation Manipulation "Authority over the Domain": (A) - Foreigner uses this ability to manipulate and "glitched" reality to his own liking as if he was hacking a computer. This includes stuff such as matter.

Void Infliction "The Destroyer of Nothingness": ((B) Passive) - Foreigner has the passive ability to shake any and all voids that are not the Anti-Void or Mainframe to the point of collapsing by vibrating all "data" in the area, even if there is none.

Reincarnation "Return of the Relentless": (A) - Foreigner, because of his connection to the Mainframe, is able to heal from any fatal injuries or even death if it must because the Mainframe sees the Foreigner as a part of itself. Though, because of the weak connection because of the Unnameable, this ability is much slower than usual and might require him to have mana transfers if needed.

Conduit of Balance "The Understanding of Dualism": (C) - Foreigner, having an understanding over Balance and Dualism, is able to slightly manipulate the very principle of both, allowing him to "balance" the Dualism of "stronger" and "weaker", thus, tanking an assault to beings who are infinitely more powerful than him. He can also negate such duality to the point of weakening his enemies and their attacks. This is mainly due to his "Conduit Soul."
