A/N: A friend of mine requested this ship, so here I am (thanks Estela). Also, I want to use some of my favourite TXT songs as titles to match the chapters.

"Why do I have to take the trash outside and not you?" Beomgyu blurted, as he lifted the trash bag out of the box.

Every time there were chores to do, he was the only one in this household who got forced to do them.

"Because Dad told you so?" Ha-ri confronted from the living room.

Beomgyu gritted his teeth annoyed, every day it was the same. "But I always take the trash outside, how about you do it for once Miss Princess?"

"Because I might break my nails you dumbass!" the girl shouted back.

"Urgh". A big groan left Beomgyu's mouth, as he dragged the heavy trash bag through the long corridor.

"I will cut your stupid nails sooner or later, just wait", mumbled annoyed the boy. He was sick of it. Just because he was a man, didn't mean he needed to do all the work.

Ha-ri was his sister, or if you really want to know, his step-sister. You could already see from afar who was the most liked sibling in this household. Beomgyu was of course used to all this since birth, but the more he became older, the worse it got.

Beomgyu opened the door handle to step outside. To his surprise, a boy was standing just in front of him, it looked like he was about to ring the door.

Beomgyu rolled his eyes as he recognized the person. Not even greeting him, he turned around to shout back into the house "Urgh Ha-ri, Yeonjun is here"

"Coming!" the girl announced and made her way to the front door.

Yeonjun was a tall and slim guy, you could say he was physically beautiful. Not just because of his perfect body proportions, but his facial features too. Extremely symmetrical face.

With a groan, Beomgyu stepped outside to then place the trash against the wall. Later, the disposal service would pick it up.

Another person Beomgyu didn't like was Yeonjun. His physical was not a problem, he never really talked to him too. But he was another reason why his parents cherished their daughter more than himself.

Because Yeonjun was Ha-ri's boyfriend.

"Ha-ri got a boyfriend here, Ha-ri's boyfriend is handsome, Ha-ri's boyfriend is the best, Ha-ri and Yeonjun are the perfect couple, Ha-ri did such a good job in finding someone."

Oh how much he hated that.

Because Beomgyu, would only get praised if got an A+ in all subjects (which was rare), if he helped that sticky old-ass grandma at the bus station, if his own babysitter from 20 years ago would still remember his first steps.

"Don't you dare to get a girlfriend before you graduate" was told to Beomgyu too many times. As you can see, it literally made no sense to that poor boy.

As Beomgyu entered the house again, the two of them were nowhere to be seen. Beomgyu sighed loudly as he flopped himself on the couch. He looked around the big living room and noticed it was a big mess.

His Mom would soon come home, and if she would see this mess Ha-ri left, he of course would get blamed for all of this. Why would they even try to blame Ha-ri?

"It's not even my stuff, yet I have to do this shit" he cursed under his breath and began to clean up the room. Sooner or later, the room was tidied up again and he could finally take a break.

Tomorrow would be the first day of school after their winter break. Beomgyu hoped that something exciting would happen in his boring life.

Next Day

The first day of school was quite chill, better than Beomgyu had expected. No upcoming exams were announced, and a few teachers were missing as well.

Everything was going well until a group project was announced in history class. Beomgyu wished he could have barked to protest. The worse part was, the project would have been held with another class. With people he didn't know.

Apparently, it should be a 'benefit to them, so that they could develop communication skills and increase knowledge on our own'.

Bullshit.

The teacher explained the tasks and the grading requirements. It sounded like it wouldn't be easy. A lot of work and research will be needed too.

"...this means both of the classes will be mixed together for this subject, so that you can work freely with your group partner" the teacher finally instructed.

The bell rang and the class got dismissed. With a sigh, Beomgyu left his seat to then walk towards the blackboard, where everyone was standing. The names of the group partners were hung up on a paper there.

Some sighs and some cheers were heard as the first ones got to find out their group mates. Beomgyu didn't even know the most names of his own classmates, so he didn't think he would either cheer or whine.

His eyes wandered through the list of names to look for his.

Choi Beomgyu / Class 4B – Choi Yeonjun / Class 4C

"Oh, you got to be kidding me!" The boy groaned, as he realized he got put up with the last person he wanted to see.

Beomgyu wanted to cry. Or to be honest, he didn't even know if he wanted to cry, scream or laugh at himself.

"Who did you get Gyu?" A voice called him from behind, and Beomgyu turned around to then recognize his friend Taeyhun.

"Choi Yeonjun, you?"

A gasp left from Taehyun as he heard the name. "The Choi Yeonjun? You should be happy! They say he is the most intelligent student here. Apparently, he always gets the best grades and stuff. Meanwhile, I got put with the loser Kai"

"Oh, I see...but I'm not really convinced" the boy answered and made his way to the hallway.

Taehyun quickened his walk to catch up with Beomgyu "If you happen to have his number, will you give it to me?"

"I will absolutely not"

"Please"

"Nada"

Beomgyu didn't have his number and would never ask his sister for it.

Well, if that Yeonjun only got good grades, maybe Beomgyu had a chance to increase his average score in this subject at least. Maybe.
