Two Wei Yings

Alpha Lan Wangji's golden eyes kept shuttling between a barely awake and gasping Omega Wei Wuxian and a sickly pale, unconscious Wei Ying, as he stared at them, dumbfounded.

For the next few minutes, Alpha Lan Wangji couldn't really process what he was actually seeing because right there, in front of his eyes were no doubt two different yet similar-looking Wei Yings lying on the bed in an almost similarly weak health condition.

Two Wei Yings... in the same ancient world when in all those past thirty-three months, Alpha Lan Wangji has only ever seen one! The only one who looked exactly like his Ying'er as he'd last seen and remembered, with the same long ebony hairs except for his ancient clothing style.

While the other Wei Ying with shoulder-length grey-ombre hair, wearing similar style of clothing as his own and having that same sweet intoxicating jasmine scent as his Ying'er... Alpha Lan Wangji never even for once has seen this Wei Ying, his own Ying his real Ying'er, ever in the last three years...

Why? How did it even happen?!!!

Alpha Lan Wangji suddenly felt so muddle-headed that he didn't even register what this world's Lan Zhan asked Xichen and what that feisty Jiang Cheng told one of those boys with a cinnabar mark on his forehead, who rushed out of the room as if his ass was on fire and brought someone along with him, who kept staring at him as if he has seen a ghost!

But Alpha Lan Wangji could care less! For right now, he felt as if he was doused with not just one but buckets full of ice!

As the realisation of this freakingly absurd situation struck him hard, Alpha Lan Wangji felt cold.

For so long, Alpha Lan Wangji has only been seeing this world's Wei Ying who loved this world's Lan Zhan, married this world's Lan Zhan and even gave birth to this Lan Zhan's child. The same Wei Ying who miraculously got teleported to his modern world, the same Wei Ying on whom he used his pheromones to put him and his tiny baby to sleep. And...

He's the same Wei Ying whom HE KISSED HIMSELF, GAVE HIS PRECIOUS LOVE BITES AND EVEN FELL ASLEEP IN HIS ARMS!!!

"WHAT THE HELL?!!!" Alpha Lan Wangji screamed himself out of his stupor, abruptly jumped out of the bed ignoring everyone's bewildered and condescending gaze as he ran towards a glass of water placed on a small table, drank it, leaned over a window pane and... puke it out?!! And that too not just once?!

"WHAT ARE YOU DOING, IDIOT?!" Jiang Cheng yelled, exasperatedly

"SHUT UP!!!" Alpha Lan Wangji yelled back, frustratedly, "I have been watching someone else for last three years! I've been crying, hating and tormenting myself with that stupid discipline whip for the last thirty-three months for literally nothing! But...just how?!

I clearly remember seeing my Ying'er being scared of this sword-wielder and then hugging Qiren while crying his heart out and later seeing him sitting upset and lonely for months. Then when did it all change? When did I start to see this world's Wei Ying instead of my Ying'er?!

And to think that I kissed this Wei Ying and even gave him my precious love bites! Oh God! What a disaster!" Alpha Lan Wangji exclaimed and made a gagging noise before drinking some more water to clean his mouth but the moment he leaned over the window pane, Bichen stabbed his back with such force that the Alpha not only puked out water but even a mouthful of his own blood as he heard Lan Zhan's cold voice saying, "Clean properly."

"Hanguang-Jun!" Healer Fu exclaimed, frowning and almost instinctively was about to go and pull out the sword from Alpha Lan Wangji's back, leaving his patients, an unconscious Wei Ying and a whimpering and mewling little devil behind but stopped dead in his tracks when Lan Zhan called his Bichen back into its scabbard but not before taking it precariously close to Healer Fu's neck!
