Wei Ying clenched his fists to control the anger bubbling inside his chest when suddenly a junior came forward and tapped on his shoulder to gain his attention, "Senior Wei, I found this letter beside Wei gongzi's pillow when I came to check him this morning. It's addressed to you. Since you weren't awake, I was going to give it to Hanguang Jun but couldn't get the opportunity. Here..." he handed the letter to Wei Ying and stepped back.

Wei Ying opened the letter and read the content thoroughly a few times before looking at the sleeping Wei Wuxian, horrified.

"Wuxian, what's written in the letter?"

"Lan Zhan, Grandmaster Lan...according to this letter, Wei Wuxian will not wake up anytime soon. He..he came to a realisation that at any particular time, only one of us can remain awake therefore he controlled his body and intentionally fell into a deep sleep so that I can wake up. He also wrote that he recorded everything, all his knowledge from his own world and theories related to our current situation and kept it inside his pillow. He has asked me to use his knowledge to improve our situation while he'll keep on sleeping just like I did for the last whole month."

Lan Sizhui moved forward to retrieve the papers written by the omega Wei Wuxian and gave them to Wei Ying who held them with trembling hands while crying silently. "This..this doesn't make sense! Why would he do that, Lan Zhan?!! He's pregnant!"

"I think he did good, Wuxian," Grandmaster Lan said thoughtfully

"Uncle is right, Axian. Think about it. I understand that Wei gongzi is pregnant but their existence is dependent on your life force. You have to eat, drink and maybe even strengthen your mind for them to have a better chance of survival. "Can I..can I touch his baby bump?" Wei Ying asked the head healer after he calmed down a bit
