Camilo went home at five in the afternoon after hanging out with Marcelo and his friends, and it's been a long time since the last time he met them.

As he grew older, he got busier and started planning things for his present life, especially now that he has to work harder for his studies and for chores.

It must be exhausting for Madrigals to undertake them while they are young, but Camilo also did it all to make people happy and probably for himself.

After all, when he returned home, he still expected you to be there, and unfortunately, the celebration had already ended a few minutes ago, and he saw his family arranging the tables and cleaning the rooms inside.

He decided to join them and help with cleaning. He went to the corner to get the other broom, and Pepa approached her, noticing his presence in the house.

"Hola, mijo. You're back. Did you already meet her?" his mother asked while holding a broom, and Camilo looked at her, trying to keep the smile.

"I didn't, mamí," Camilo replied in a low tone and continued to walk away from her mother to clean the other area of the room.

She noticed the strange behavior of her son after asking. She walked closer to him once again to know the problem that was on his mind.

"Why is that so? What happened?" she worriedly asked, trying to keep the clouds behind her, and she heard his son sighed.

", I didn't have time enough for me to meet her. I gave my time for my friends that I haven't met for weeks, and I even promised them, so I can't just break it." Camilo looked back at his mother, running his fingers through his hair.

"You still have time for the other things, hijo. Don't say that," Pepa reassured him, caressing her son's cheeks. "She won't leave this town for a day, and do you know what's good news for you?" she added, and Camilo looked at her once again.

"She will stay here to study at the same school as you." When Camilo heard that, his heart began to beat faster again. The moment he knew you were here in town, and the moment he knew you would study here as well, made his heart almost jump out of his chest.

Camilo broke away from her mother's grasp after he heard her last statement.

"Is that real, mom?" he asked, and Pepa nodded, smiling. After knowing the confirmation, Camilo can't help but smile to himself, ignoring the fact that his cheeks are slowly starting to turn red, as could be seen by her mother.

"Aww, look who is happy!" Pepa chuckled. "I already told them about you anyway, and I hope it could also give her a wonderful thought about you," she added.

"Oh, nice." Camilo nervously chuckled.

"I know what's in your heart, cariño." Camilo caught this off guard and began to slowly form sweat on his forehead.

"What is it, ?" Camilo asked, and his mother just laughed.

"I know you like her. Dios mío." She laughed as she gently nudged her son's arm.

"Oh no," Camilo replied. "How did you know it?" he added.

"Guess how." Her mother teasingly chuckled as she walked away.

"¡¡!!" he whined, worried now that someone in her family knows he's crushing on you.

Well, the Dolores one is understood since she probably heard him talking about you.

After helping his family and eating dinner with them, he went to the nursery room, where there were no people after a few years since Mirabel had already had her own room.
