"I decided to find a gift in my own way since Mirabel is busy nowadays," Isabella explained. "And I know she is good at sewing such dresses; however, she doesn't really have enough time," she added.

You nodded as you drank an aguapanela in a café, and Isabela was just right in front of you, too, smiling at you.

'Mirabel seemed not to be busy when I met her the last time, but we don't know; Isabela must be right.'  You chuckled in your thoughts.

"So, a brimmed hat is what you want me to make, right?" you asked as you put down your drink, and she nodded.

"Yes, I'll tell you the details and designs of the brimmed hat I wanted for a gift! For now, let's have a snack." She smiled, and so you both talked about such things in the café and enjoyed the food you had there.

After the talk, both of you went out of the café, and she asked you to follow her to another place where you could make the brimmed hat and where the necessary materials were placed.

"Here is my small house, where you can sew." Isabela opened the door for both of you as you walked in. "And there are also the things you need, especially the sewing machine over there." She motioned her hand at the corner, beside the window.

"Feel free to enter here every time you work on the gift." She looked at you.

"Okay, Isa. Thank you. I'll try my best," you replied.

"My pleasure. Have a look around, and perhaps there are some materials that we still need to add," she suggested, and you nodded as you looked around and finally let your feet walk deeper into the room.

Isabela then looked around as well and arranged the things in the room as she bloomed orchids beside the windows that were in the pots.

You opened every drawer where there are yarns, fabrics, scissors, sewing needles, and so on. Then you saw the sewing machine and a cutting table that were separated on the other side of the room. "This place also looks organized with its materials," you mumbled.

As you were still checking the materials needed, you noticed there was one thing that wasn't here.

"Isa," you called.

"Why?" Isabela looked back at you as she walked closer.

"The white fabric here is kind of not enough for our brimmed hat." You awkwardly chuckled.

"Oh," she realized. "I noticed Mirabel once used white fabric. I haven't bought one," she recalled. "No worries, we'll buy that. We will use my money," she added, and you agreed.

"Wait, what time is it?" you asked as you looked around to see the clock, and you saw that it was almost three in the afternoon, and this caught you off guard.

"Oh no. I'm sorry. I remember I still have to help tía with the gardening at three in the afternoon," you recalled.

"Is that so? Go then. Let's meet next time," Isabela replied.

"Goodbye for now. I promise I'll make the hat as soon as possible!" you exclaimed as you walked to the door and opened it.

"Just take your time!" Isabela reassured you as she saw you walk out.

You then quickly walked on your way to your tía's house and hoped you would make it on time. And for a few minutes, you finally arrived at the house, and you already saw your tía on her way to the backyard as she went out of the door.

"Tía, I'm here!" you greeted her as you walked closer to her, and she heard you as she looked your way.

"You are just on time, cariño. How was the walk in the town center?" she asked as you politely took the gardening tools from her hand.

"It was pretty well, tía. I will tell you some more after we go to the backyard." You smiled as both of you walked.

"What happened earlier there?" your tía asked as she put her gloves on.

"I met señorita Isabela today, and I might have another hobby after the agreement we had," you replied.

"Ooh, that's great! What is it about?" she asked, intrigued.

"It is kind of confidential, so I can't tell you all the details, but actually, I'll help her make a precious present," you explained, and she nodded.

"Oh, I almost forgot. There is a bouquet that was placed in the living room. They are for you," your tía informed.

"Huh? Who would give me such a bouquet?" you asked with a confused expression on your face.

"See it for yourself. You will know it." She laughed.

"Uh, okay?" you unsurely replied, and she just laughed more.

"This girl." She laughed. "You're not used to those things, aren't you?" she added, and you playfully shook your head and continued digging in the soil.

"Aren't you going to look at that bouquet?" your tía asked.

"Let's get this done first, tía," you replied, and your tía nodded as she pursed her lips together.

"Sure, sure," she responded with a cheeky grin. You noticed your tía's grin, which made you wonder what the matter was with what you just said, and you shrugged it off. She must be really happy these days.

After gardening, you helped your tía arrange the gardening tools and the backyard. Then, you walk your way to the living room, recalling what your tía told you about the bouquet.

You finally went to the living room, and you saw a bouquet on a small table that was in front of the sofas. The bouquet contains sunflowers, daisies, and a variety of other flowers that you commonly see around town.

The yellow decorative dahlias that caught your attention were literally different from others. Those wavy, flat-tipped petals that surround the disc flowers, and especially their bright color, make your eyes warm and filled with delight. Every ray of its flower makes it a sphere, like a sun in the morning sky.

You admired the stunning flowers that you could see from a few feet away, and you walked closer to observe more.

There is a letter that was placed in the flowers, and it is written for you. You get the small letter and open it, and when you try to find out who it is from, a frown appears on your face and you see no one. Then, you just read the note that was written in cursive.

"These flowers bloom like you. Let's get to know each other soon!"
